I started using hearing aids 15 years ago. During the pandemic,. all my work was over Zoom and I didn't realize how much my hearing had deteriorated until I was back with people and unable to hear normal conversations. The last audiologist I worked with didn't help much at all and I was becoming resigned to problems at work and no social life. Then I went to Peter Slobin. He spent hours testing me, identifying the right technology and then tweaking it to the point that I can now go to noisy restaurants and hear my wife, and understand everyone in a meeting. And he did this for no more than the cost of the aids. I've used 4-5 audiologists and Peter is without a doubt the kindest, most knowledgeable and service oriented. I was happy to make the 45 min drive to see him. Most audiology clinics are now owned by large corporations but Peter is a private, one man operation - I guess that is why he gives such great service.

Empty in here to get some help for my elderly father who is in the hospital and his hearing aid kept falling out so I thought the nurses told me I should just go and get a new new little piece so I went to this Clinic here and they refused to help unless you are a patient so beware if you're trying to help your parents this place is not willing to help you unless you are their patient Rotten Tomatoes here

Dr Slobin literally changed my life. For many reasons I resisted getting my hearing tested and he was so professional and so thorough that once the results were before me, I knew I had made the right decision and chose the perfect audiologist. He went beyond what I expected in explaining to me my options and expectations and there was no selling but complete honesty in his recommendations and explanation for each optional device. In fact he felt it better that I obtain the device from a Clinic closer to my home so this went beyond my already stellar feelings of his ethics. I would highly recommend anyone contemplating a hearing test to take advantage of his free consultation and expertise as a testing audiologist. My life is again one where I do not miss conversations, television shows and even movies. I can hear everything life has to offer.

I have found Peter to be very professional and personable. He spent the time to let me know every option that is available and there are many more than I imagined for what I thought to be simple hearing aids. Getting hearing aids for the first time can be an embarrassing ordeal. Peter made me feel quite comfortable throughout the experience.
