An employee made a mistake and did not put the right amount of passes i was charged for , i got charged for a month and was only put ten passes. I had the reciept and everything necessary for them to correct themselves. It took them 30 minutes to do so. They had to check the security cameras??? They were questioning me after, when clearly it was a mistake their employee made. Would not recommend this place . They didn’t even apologize for my time they wasted.

Good pharmacy. I once picked up a prescription here and the staff at the lab was efficient, quick, and organized despite the abundance of customers. I will consider coming here more often for my prescriptions. The pharmacist that served me that day was very professional and explanations were clear. I also got my passport photos done here and the employee who took the photos ensured they were done properly and she worked so meticulously. I am often able to find what I need here but as with the other Jean Coutu stores, price of products can be expensive if they are not on special. The staff at the front cash is usually friendly as well. Waiting in line can be long at times but it's a busy location so it's not surprising.

The customer service is REALLY BAD. I came to buy a few cosmetic and the person told me to came Saturday because they going to have a day of discount". I returned and In the section of cosmetic I was served by 3 different people... like a circus.Ms Mouna came to arrange the situation and told me the price and went I arrive home in my receipt it was another amount (more expensive) and she forgot to put something I want to buy in my bag...Also The cosmetic was dry (like very old). She can't be the supervisor. Really?I'm really disappointed I don't recommend this place. #jeancoutu #cosmetic"

My favourite Jean Coutu. So far, I've needed to consult their pharmacists twice; once for eye drops, and just recently for my scalp (folliculitis) - in both cases, both pharmacists were bilingual (spoke in English) and were extremely knowledgable. The cashier was super nice too, and reminded one customer to put on his mask. Overall, efficient store with lots of merchandise.
