Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Leah helped me with every step of the process (I booked MASI design through their ikea kitchen designer program).Honestly worth every penny. I couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to have my new kitchen finished.

MASI Designs and Renovations have been helpful throughout the renovation process of our kitchen. They worked with us from planning and installation of our cabinets, countertops, and a tiled backslash. We plan on using them again when we redo our bathroom.

Five stars are not enough! Sandra and the entire team at Masi Design were a pleasure to work with. Masi is our go-to renovation company. Sandra and her team have given us the most beautiful basement and along the way made suggestions on how to customize the area using our teak pieces that we worried might be too tall for the ceilings. That was no problem for the Masi carpenters! They cut them so perfectly that you would never know they were once a foot taller. Next we hired Masi to renovate our kitchen, remove a wall into the TV room, and lay new hardwood flooring that tied into older hardwood flooring. Every step of the way was well communicated. Might I add, this was all during the worst of Covid and their team was so professional, polite, and safety-conscious. Thanks to Sandra's most thoughtful design, taking into consideration our family and what we needed most, we now have not only our dream kitchen, but our dream house. Next up will be our bathrooms and we've already received the powder room design. I can hardly wait to get started. Highly, highly recommend.
