Called to make an appointment for my dog. Was referred by my mother. Woman who answered the phone was quite rude when I was asking questions. Very sharp tone in her voice. She seemed put out. We will not be referring her at all!

Pam is absolutely the best with our two French bulldogs who are a nightmare to cut nails ….. in Pam’s hands they are absolutely the best behaved and without any fuss …. Presto ….two very happy French fries have happy feet

Always does a great job on my large breed dogs. Been using Pam for over 8 years. Have recommended to anyone looking for a great dog groomer who listens to what you want done and does it. Very happy customer.

Brought my puppy here and the owner was very nice with him. He had some matts in his fur and she charged me a bit more for the extra effort that needed to go into the grooming process which is understandable. His groom looks amazing even though she said he moved around a lot, if I bring him in more often she said he should get used to it. I will know for next time to make sure I brush his fur out regularly to avoid any tangles in his fur. Thank you so much for making my baby boy look so handsome!!!

If I could give 0, I would. Incredibly rude. My pug is 13 and was only there for a nail trim. She harnessed him up like he was some dangerous, wild animal; I have never seen anyone do that before. She was really huffy and unpleasant and acted like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. This was at the port Dover location.

I got my 1.5 year old Golden retriever groomed for the first time by Pam. She was patient and gentle with my sweet girl and it was a bit of a challenge. Bailey looks beautiful and Pam did a great job!! Definitely worth the time and money. Thank you Pam wi will be back for sure. Recommended for sure

Horrible service and hair cut. My dog was shaved instead of a nice trim. She has done summer cut in April Very defensive and rude when approached to discuss the concerns . I will not be returning No customer service skills !

Love this salon! Pam is always a delight to me and my dogs, does such a great job for good pricing. Been taking my dogs to her for years and have never been disappointed, I would recommend hair of the dog to anyone. She works alone and you can tell she really cares for the dogs and is great at her job!

I would absolutely give a 0!!Incredibly rude, seems as though your an inconvenience for calling for an appointment. Rude, cold and makes you feel stupid for asking simple grooming questions. I would never bring my loved pet there!
