UPDATE: my order was finally confirmed tk have shipped and this was the first interaction from them in over a month.I've tried to reach out multiple times via phone, email, and social media just to get a status update on an $800 order and they've made zero attempt to connect with me over the course of a full MONTH.Do not work with this company if you can at all avoid it. The mics sound good, and I was looking forward to using them, but their customer support is absolutely non-existent. I have no idea when / if I'm ever going to receive my order.Do yourself a favor and work with a company like Warm Audio that has a more stable infrastructure and you won't have these sorts of problems. (No, I do not work for Warm Audio. My experience with Advanced Audio was just that bad.)
