I don't have a ton of occasions where I've needed PC/laptop help, but when I do, this is my absolute go to spot.Geno is very knowledgeable, but specializes in talking to non-tech types and has a way of teaching you what's going on without making you feel like you should have paid more attention in class.His shop is like a mini Amazon, so if you ever get in a jam, give Geno a call first!

I consider myself tech savvy, built my own PC and all. But, I had corrupt .NET framework files that I just couldn't fix. Within the DAY I turned it in he fixed it! Super fast, very knowledgeable, great customer service I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

As someone who is not the most technical, Alex was so kind and helpful. He explained everything to me and broke down the why behind the issue. He even took the time to demonstrate the fix. We had a wonderful conversation and the kindest human. He is so knowledgeable. I’d recommend this place to anyone

Alex took good care of me.I went to two different Best Buy stores and no one was there to help me at either I stood around for 30 minutes.I went to Alex he gave great counseltation determined what machine would work best for my needs.He set me up with a refurbished Hewlett Packard elite 840 G7 for 690.00 and helped with software for audio sound system.The computer retails brand-new for 1400.00 . Thanks for taking care of me Alex.

I am very happy I discovered a local computer repair facility with excellent service!! Recently I brought my computer here as I was having some issues with it and Alex knew what the problem was immediately. He told me he would give me a call in a day or so after he diagnosed my problem. The very next morning he called to tell me what that it was exactly what he thought it was and I gave him the ok to get it taken care of. About an hour later he called to say it was completed and I could pick it up!! It’s very nice to see that while many businesses lack good customer service - I have to say this is one local business where the customer is appreciated! I want to thank Alex for solving my problem and extremely FAST service. If you have a computer issue - Alex is your guy!!

My Lenovo laptop all of a sudden stopped charging. I'm not an expert, but I've had a similar issue with a previous laptop where it was the DC jack. Took it to Alex PC Tech to see if they would fix the DC jack and they very quickly diagnosed it as being the charger instead. Saved me from making the wrong repair and saved me a lot of time & money since they also had my charger in stock. Great, friendly, professional service. Thanks again!

I want to give this business TEN stars ! This computer shop is absolutely the best place in town to bring your PC when needing to resolve any and all technical issues. Alex (Gino) is the most fantastic computer technician I have ever met. Any problem, issue or upgrade you need, Gino will handle it with enthusiasm, ease and confidence. He's very good at taking away the stress or frustration you might be feeling about your computer not working right. My wife and I have used this shop many times including when it was time to purchase a brand new computer. They will ask you a few questions about your current PCs specs and will then help you select the correct new machine/monitor to best meet your needs. I love how they power it up before you bring it home to make sure everything is set to go with minimal effort on your part. Gino checks all the small but important details and made sure I knew how to hook it up properly. I'm so happy I found this shop and you will be too. Please recommend to your friends and family as well. It's very important we support these top-notch small businesses as much as possible because finding such amazing service is difficult and rare nowadays.
