Safeway Quesnel

Great service friendly staff best bread in Quesnel stay away from Kiosk Starbucks paid 6.50 for a iced coffee, the coffee tasted like it was 3 days old and the ice blended in with some cream added in and for that is was 6.50 never again Starbucks, truly a Real RIP for that. But Safeway is good specially if you only shop the Sales, good selection but can be a little pricey, also can be hectic in there unless you go on opening .

I had a lovely experience at this Safeway when I bought myself a box of POGO branded corn dogs. I walked to the meat section of this super market and found a stack of the delicious boxes containing the frozen treat. I thought to myself, I would kill for a corn dog!" This item only costed me $6.99! What a steal for a full meal! I walked from the meat section to the stores checkout. I passed the indoor Starbucks in the store and was greeted by the cheerful staff. I felt a warm feeling inside. I continued on my journey and made it to the checkout. There was nobody in the line so I was already paying within about Thirty-Nine seconds. The cashier seemed familiar but I didn't think much of it. She was very kind towards me and gave a great first impression. She really set the general atmosphere of the area. I used my Scene+ card and gained 25 whole Scene+ points from my purchase. The cashier congratulated me. I felt accomplished. In the moment

Amazing customer service, one thing though is that I bought orange juice, chocolate milk and an iced coffee. Idk if the fridge isn't cold enough or what but they all taste wretched. Not out of date or anything, taste is way off. I noticed theres a lot of spilled liquid too and looks of black mold by the looks of it growing on the shelves where the drinks are.Spent a lot of money on just the drinks alone, a shame they weren't good

Some of the stuff is super expensive but the deli made sandwiches are amazing better then subway

Store is somewhat crowded on the shelves. However, Safeway carries products that are a little oddball compared to other grocery stores, which is nice. The meat department and deli are both fantastic, and almost push the rating to 5 stas. The prices are higher than other comparable stores though, which offsets the rating.

Easy and convenient with polite staff. Located in the downtown core central to all your shopping needs with ample parking as well.
