Bought my first IWC Big Pilot Le Petite Prince edition at the boutique. Great service from Joey and her colleague on helping me to choose from Blue, Green and Black dials Big Pilot. They sure know about their watches and even let me try this Big Pilot Perpetual Calendar. Highly recommended if you are into luxury watches and IWC.

Their open, friendly and approachable attitude pre-purchase is so welcoming (not always true at other luxury product boutiques). From the first time I stepped in a year ago with plans to purchase an IWC pilot chronograph, to finally buying it the third time visiting the boutique, she was always there willing to assist me. She always welcomed me and showed me their collection even though she knew I wasn't buying at the time of the first two visits. Personally I never feel comfortable visiting any luxury retailer or boutique. The predictable script usually comes in the form where the associate usually takes a sneaky but obvious glance at your wrist than delivers the perfunctory greeting. The experience usually goes downhill from here, as the vulture awaits nearby. I must say, Andrew, Hoki and team at IWC boutique is a breath of fresh air, reinvigorated my excitement in visiting retailers. I felt normal to channel and intectualize my horological geekiness in front of these fine gentlemen. Thank you.

This boutique is pure class and the employees there are amazing. After an awful, awful experience at another luxury watch dealer, Jenny at IWC showed me around and let me try on a the Mark series of watches and it was just a good time. Then we had a great conversation about watches and just laughed at the snobbery that is in this hobby. Even though I didnt end up buying anything, I can’t recommend the experience enough at the IWC boutique! (Ask for Jenny)

Went there to buy the Pilot's Watch Mark XX, as I was thinking about the green dial version, and it is only available at IWC boutiques. Their advisor Keith is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and provided me with good advices on which version to get. Customer services are top tier. And I am very happy about the watch I bought.

Was directed to Vancouver boutique from IWC.com and was contacted by Joey within 24 hours. Customer service was amazing and she was able to get a hold of the limited AMG Petronas watch for me within a few days. Unlike other brands who won't even take names on their waiting list and just turn you away, IWC makes the effort to get customers what they want! Will definitely buy another IWC from Joey!

Great location and world-class service. Hoki Li (assistance boutique manager) was incredible and assisted me with a new strap. He was passionate and knowledgeable about watches. Would def. recommend to other IWC fans!
