Gabe and Mohammed keep Lexington Grand running like a well oiled machine. It’s one of the, if not THE nicest buildings in the Region to live thanks to their hard work and dedication to the building and tenants who live there.

Quick response by on sight staff, repairs completed with acceptable delay being a weekend. Cannot say enough about the staff and how they take after us at Lexington Grand

Know a resident who lives here. They are very happy living there. The building has a variety of ongoing events keeping the tenants busy playing cards going on trips or monthly dinner gatherings, as well as many other events organized by the tenants. Management is always very supportive, friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff keep the building spotless and grounds and landscaping is impeccable.

We had a tour of the building only.. not an apartment as none were vacant. We really enjoyed our tour. Unfortunately the waiting list for an apt is very long. It was nice to visit a building that has friendly seniors. Location is convenient close to Stanley Park Mall and other amenities. Pet friendly too.
