Theodore & Pringle Optical in Real Canadian Superstore

I got my new glasses from them. it took over 2 weeks to come in. when they arrived it only had prescription lenses on one side not both. the manager Sharon told me she would Rush my order to fix it but she didn't it took over 2 weeks again. when I got them my vision was blurry and I took them back saying something was wrong. the employee Phil took them to the back to check them and assured me that they were exactly as the prescription stated and said my doctor must have made an error. went back to my eye doctor and he told me that my glasses were wrong. they were at 50 and I needed 150. I checked the prescription my doctor originally wrote and it clearly stated 150 now I have to wait over 2 weeks for the correct prescription! so frustrated I have to go so long without being able to see properly. incompetent staff and not helpful. go somewhere else!

I was very disappointed with this store. I purchased an item that is a seasonal item, and it did not look at it until I needed to use it. (Coleman Screen Tent) upon opening the item it looked fine, but when I took it out of the bag the leg was busted off and not even in the bag, not to mention it was so filthy with dirt and debris. It appears that it was used and returned by someone, but never inspected by a Superstore employee prior to putting it back on the shelf for me to buy! When I went back with the item, the store manager was so rude and didn’t want to help me in anyway. In fact he seemed mad that he had to deal with the situation at all. I was very nice and polite despite his aggressive and horrible attitude. I’ve been in retail most of my life, and if there’s one thing I learned, it’s that if you want a business successful it starts and ends with how your employees treat the customers. I will never shop at any Superstore again because of this experience. Oh and one more thing, this was not Colemens responsibility, but they stepped up and handled the problem.

This location is fantastic and has great selection of produce. The staff is incredibly helpful. The real shining star with this store is it's online shopping and pick up. For five dollars per service, you can't go wrong especially if you have a busy life and a lot of kids to deal with that would make shopping cumbersome. We were in and out within a matter of minutes and didn't even have to leave our car.

Pros: clean, staff is helpfulCons: hard to find some products in the evening. It seems like the store does not top up anything until the next day. So you have to do your shopping early.

Awesome selection and great prices. Don't need a membership to enjoy price savings. Reward system using their PC elite world mastercard gives you a LOT of cash back over the year when you spend money or buy points items which are tailored to your preferences.

Not my favorite place for fruits and veg, as they never have what I'm looking for and it's not overly fresh. But great place to get lactose free options in the organics aisle. Love that they have 4 gallon almond milks.

Never had a bad experience. Weekends are better for shopping as they have all the tills open, even though it can be busier. Stock levels are usually good. Well run store from what can be seen.

If I could give zero stars I would. After yesterday's experience at Superstore Optical on Regent I will never be shopping there again. I received a call the day prior to come in and pick up my contact lenses that I had ordered 2 weeks prior. When I showed up at the store which was completely empty I was scolded for showing up without an appointment." I repeatedly tried to explain I received a call from them the day prior informing me my order was in and to come pick it up. The woman working on the evening of Wednesday November 18th 2020 could not comprehend that the problem was on them. It is not my fault that your staff called me

I Worked for 8 years at 2 Real Canadian Superstore locations, I loved both jobs and i will write that the management was great, the environment was awesome, prices were right and all the people i see appreciate and respect me while i was working. Going to get hired again see you soon management.
