Pet Valu

Horrible customer service. The workers didn't greet me or my dog at any point. Even when I went to the counter, I said hi, neither women said anything. One scanned my items and told me the price. I don't expect them to throw a parade but a simple greeting and asking if I need any help with anything - in my opinion - is the most basic, basic customer service requirements. Especially considering I was the only one in the store. Every other petvalu I've ever been to has been the complete opposite experience. Usually people who work at petvalu are friendly and love animals. If I was the owner of this location I would be ashamed of my name being behind this location. I also hope people who shop there don't judge other petvalu's off these people. Disgrace to the brand.

Super impressed with this location, the ladies(I've only seen female employees lol sorry if there's males) im super impressed with super intuitive and a attentive helps with your needs every single time I've walked in there weather review from my cat kneading a cone or for simply switching cat foods I wish I took the time to take the two ladies names that were working today but I decided to post a picture of the cone so maybe they can smile because it is working and she is a little grumpy but she hasn't scratched once and the employees working today which you'd be Friday September 11th 2020 we're SUPER AWESOME and come on guys there's been two female cats they need to be adopted together for awhile now let's get them adopted they're super sweet but they need to be adopted together which makes it harder but from experience would brighten a family's world up

This Pet Valu is quite big and has lots of products. The self serve dog wash is really nice and looks clean. However, what could be improved are the staff’s attitudes. All of the staff I’ve been served by seem miserable. None of them have ever offered my dog a treat when he comes in (he is very well behaved). I don’t get asked for my phone number for the Your Rewards/VIP Plus points - in fact when I asked a staff member if she wanted my phone number for the points, she said “it doesn’t matter”. Not sure if this program has changed or not but I had recently signed up at a different location.

We just got a brand new little kitten with an upset tummy. After being on the Internet all night trying to sort out how to help our new little guy, we arrived this morning at 9am to be greeted by Stephanie. Who is an Angel!! She helped us pick out the right options for our little guy, and validated what we thought from what we read on the Internet. She was SUCH a wonderful help. And lovely lady.This great is great people. Stephanie in particular!Thank you so much Stephanie!! Xo

My pup prefers the bully sticks and other bone / tongue treats from pet valu than PetSmart... I tried both. I also feel pet valu has some reasonably priced treats ( not in comparison, just that they do).

Great store. Great staff , excellent customer service.Stephanie is absolutely amazing!Anyone with Great Danes or chihuahuas go see Stephanie! My dane wouldn't let anyone do her nails but Stephanie gained her trust & now Diamond let's her do her nails.

The store workers cant care less. Barely came to cash us out. Dont feel like a pet store at all. If you dont like pets dont push yourself working in a pet store please and we ll be all happy. Thanks!

Taking our newly adopted Lab who loves the water but smells so bad to the Pet Value wash station. They provide you with soap, conditioner, towels and treats for $10. Love the staff, products and location! Can't say enough positive things about the store! The manager was very nice she gave me a towel to use at home. They are the best towels to dry your dog off!
