Spam calls from a professional" company is unacceptable

Chimney Cleaning, Furnace/Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent/Hose CleaningI cannot recommend this company enough!I called on Saturday, left a voicemail. Not expecting a phone call back until Tuesday, after the long weekend. Received a call back that afternoon!Booked the 3 services for the upcoming Wednesday, 12-1pm arrival. Perfect!Brad/Darren called, and asked if they could arrive early, as they had a cancellation. Sure!Upon their arrival, they got right to work. Laid out a floor protector. Brought in their equipment. They were friendly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable!I'm so darn pleased with the work and the cost of getting the 3 services done!Thank you!!

We had Darren out today to help us with our dryer venting. He was on time, friendly and courteous . He did a great job. It was fast efficient and he cleaned up after. Our appliance is now working efficiently.We would recommend this company. We have used this company before for our furnace/duct work and our furnace maintenance. We used them again this time as their previous work was above standard.

My old furnace quit on a wintery Friday evening. “Just great” I thought. Phoned their emergency number and a very professional guy answered immediately and walked me through a relight of the tricky pilot and gave some helpful advice, all at no charge. Pretty impressive. They had serviced and cleaned the furnace for me a few years earlier as well and were great. Thanks very much.

When we bought our home 4 years ago we noticed the castle maintenance stickers on the furnace when it first started acting up. We called and they great and came in quite soon after we called and were able to resolve the problem. No complaints. Roll around to January 2020 and we call them to fix a new issue with the furnace. Their timeframes are generally quite good and we haven't had a problem with them being late or unprofessional while in our home so they arrive a day or two after we call. The first technician who showed up must have sat at my furnace for over an hour and then told me it would need 2 parts and that one of the parts I would need is a more expensive version unfortunately. He was upfront about it, that was great. The furnace is 20 years old, I asked about a replacement instead. He ballparked some number but said they don't do installs so he couldn't be sure, but these 2 parts should make the furnace run like new" because of the part we'd replaced 2 years before and these new parts. Ok let's go ahead with that

This business has been harrassing my husband and I. We have gotten multiple phone calls and at first we were interested, but told them we would book once our construction was complete. Since we have received harrassing phone calls and text messages of them saying we have book in but never we never have. Then they try to yell at us for cancelling the appointment we never set up or agreed to. I have called in to upper management to complain and get it to stop and I was told good luck with that" and they hung up. We have been upfront and honest and inturn have been harassed and treated like garbage. There are much better more professional companies to use."

I have so much to say about this business's professionalism. We used their services once (maybe twice?) for our furnace and now they have us on their call list and they call every. Single. Weekday. It has been MONTHS of these calls. When my dad was in the hospital, they called and asked for him and we told them he was in the hospital and wouldn't be back for a while; they called the next day asking for him again. Repeat and repeat. Dad died in the hospital and they called and we told them that. They called the next day asking for him. So we repeated that he had died. And they responded well you should have told me!"... and then phoned again the next day. Now they ask for mom instead of my dad and they still call every day. We have told them we are not looking for furnace cleaning. At this point the constant calls are getting spammy.Then the final straw... They left a voicemail on our home phone

Very Professional, down to Earth operators that know what they are doing. They are old school and know what they are doing, no fancy tech or gimmicks. They get it done well and quickly. I have been using them for over 15 years and have had very little trouble with my furnace or dryer vents. I would highly recommend.

I had a terrible experience dealing with Chris or Christian!I had marketing person phone me to do some maintenance work at a rental we own( first mistake) but had a older tenant use them before, so what the heck go ahead!Don’t know what kind of maintenance they performed as they were there at 8:15 and gone by 8:30 is what the tenant told me, but what do I know maybe that’s all it takes? I e transfered the money to the company and had asked for a invoice to be emailed to me for my records. Simple right? ( second mistake)I proceed to call the office for the invoice as it still wasn’t emailed to me and talked to Christian ( big, big mistake) I explained to him what I needed and told him I paid for the service already, I even gave him the invoice number and amount. He did nothing but made me jump through hoops with 3 more emails and 2 more phone calls. End result he threatened to take me to small claims if the bill wasn’t paid in a month!!!What the hell I said I cannot deal with you, very unprofessional. This guy should not be working for this company ( just my opinion)He was really good at blaming all his employees and book keeper for there incompetence when he should just be looking at himselfMaybe the guys do good work I really don’t know but I do know that the guy representing the company is terrible!

Not a company worth your business and should be avoided. Used them several years ago and was completely over-charged in comparison to what was agreed to in advance over the phone. In an attempt to be reasonable and pay the undisputed amount, they rang the whole amount through on my credit card and then didn't respond to my inquiries. Several years later I have had my ducts cleaned by another company and discovered that Castle did a horrendous job in the first place. Unprofessional, poor quality and awful value for your money.
