I recently visited Bay Bloor Radio for the first time ever and Alan from the headphones department was extremely helpful and kind. I do not know much about headphones except that my specific pair needed a good amp to power it.Alan helped me pick the right amp and set me up in a separate room to fully test and absorb the enhanced sound I was getting from the new amp.If you're looking for a shop that has great staff to help you with your purchase, definitely visit Bay Bloor Radio in person. It's a beautiful setup in there.

Bay Bloor Radio is the best. I just bought a 4k Smart television from Bay Bloor Radio and it was incredible service at the best price I could find. The entire transaction was complete, including delivery and installation, in less than 24 hours. The price was 100 dollars less than on Amazon or Best Buy. I will never buy electronics anywhere else. It was a complete delight to deal with the helpful professionals at Bay Bloor. They did exactly what they promised, on time and at a great price! THE BEST!PS - I tried Best Buy online and the experience was absolutely horrific. I should have called Bay Bloor right of the gates. What was I thinking?

Shoutout to the Headphone department, Thank you!I prepared and reviewed my headphone of choice, however, after a few key questions were posed to me, they provided my initial choice and advised a comparative analysis... after listening briefly to various models in a similar price range I'd go back to the headphone I set out to purchase... by the third model, I was no longer interested in what I came in to purchase, lol... after, each different model, my emotions ran wild.Thank you Bay Bloor Radio for the education and in helping me groom my listening signature, after a week with my headphones, my excitement still grows.

Our experience with Bay Bloor from beginning to end was fantastic. Luis suggested upping the size of the TV that we had originally chosen for our kitchen & he found the perfect bracket to mount it. I’ve been dealing with Bay Bloor Radio for probably thirty years now. Although less in recent years, mainly because I moved to another part of the city. A recent experience with Bay Bloor Radio reminded me that if you want the best equipment and service, you should always go with the best: Bay Bloor. My Sonos set up wasn’t working properly and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it. I also had a TV that kept bringing up unwanted pop-up messages. So I contacted Bay Bloor Radio and they sent Frank over to look into the problems. Frank arrived right on time—literally to the minute—and was fantastic. He not only fixed all the problems, but was very patient in explaining what was causing the issues. Frank was friendly, professional and clearly knows his area of expertise backwards and forwards. It was such a relief to finally get someone who could resolve these ongoing problems. If you’re looking for the best audio/video equipment along with first-rate service, look no further than Bay Bloor Radio.

The gentleman on the call asked me why I would want to return the item and I mentioned I wanted to check how the virtualization will work in my living room. Not all room set up for demo or listening. I asked for a listening on some speakers and the guy was like “ this is what’s working” other speakers are not set up. Felt like there was some hesitancy in setting up some wires. I felt like I was putting them to work for nothing. It’s not the first time audio stores look at you and decide if you are a worth it customer. On the other hand I had a pleasant time and experience at the headphones counter. I tried a few cans and decided what to buy once I win the 6/49. LOL.

Excellent service and diverse product range. From full hifi systems to in-earphones. Well renowned brands in the audio world. The team is well knowledgeable, passionate, patient and there to help. They welcome you to test products as much as you like and for as long as needed. And even suggest that you come back another day if you need more time. I have dealt with Addison when I went there on both occasions and it instantly felt like two pals talking about their music passion. His recommendations were always spot on.
