I don't recommend this place. I went for a pedicure and parrafin & they lifted the skin off my ingrown toenail, leaving it raw, and burned my feet with too hot wax. The leg massage consisted of me being a punching bag instead of relaxing, and they left the tv on the news channel the entire time. Again, NOT relaxing. I left with sore, burning feet and swollen ankles.When I went to pay their machine was down so they wanted cash. I had to go to the atm next door, but they wanted to keep my phone while I went. My bf stayed instead, but they harrassed him for the phone the whole time I was gone. I won't go there again.

Every time I go in it’s a great experience!My nails are always beautiful, I always feel important and appreciated by the staff. The only thing I would change is their choice of television stations. Seems it’s always on the news. It should be on something happy and relaxing or funny. Sam is absolutely the best nail artist! I highly recommend going!See you in a couple weeks!!!

Went for a set of dip nails last Thursday as I was given a gift certificate.....had a pleasant experience with staff however the quality of work is very disappointing. The dip was applied over my cuticles and they have now started to lift (it is only Monday) from my own nail, I can't even wash my hair without strands being caught in the gap. Width of application was way too wide at the base of my nail....suspect I will be taking these off my self within a matter of days if they don't crack off before then. Super disappointed, I would go elsewhere if I was you.

Will not be going here again.I want to clarify that the nails came out well and that the staff was pleasant.The issue is that unfortunately the staff does not speak perfect English ( which is not a big deal at all ) and can be a little hard to understand. Because of this they were asking my children ( yes children ) about if they want to add this or that. To which my kids answered a confused sure?"No pricing was told while asking about these add on to kids that didn't quite understand and did not know what they were being asked.What should have been a Mani Pedi ended up costing upwards of double the price as they took advantage of youths who were unaware and could not clearly understand.I feel that this is just disgusting and I'm shocked that they are able to rip off children. It shames me to think how these grown woman must have no moral compass.If you are going to visit this salon. Be up front about the price you plan to stick to. Or be prepared to be shaken upside down for every dime they can shake out of you."

This is the best nail salon in the west end. I have been going here for 8 years and have never been disappointed. All of the nail techs are super talented, take their time, and pay attention to close detail. They always listen to what you want, and ask questions to make sure you’re happy. The owners are so kind and accommodating. They always make sure that you are happy with the services, and if you change your mind on colour, shape, etc. They always change it no problem. If you’re looking for a new salon, definitely go to Danny Nails. I added a pic of my most recent set. She free handed all of it and it was perfect for the holidays!

I will not be returning to this place. I went in for a pedicure and french manicure which I had scheduled the day before. The lady who did both rushed through everything like I was an inconvenience to her. She was rough and spent barely 10 minutes on my pedicure. At no point was any of this relaxing. She also berated me multiple times after I asked for pretty basic corrections for both the pedicure and manicure that were caused by her lack of patience. The nails weren't shaped and there was alot of dead skin left on my feet like I hadn't had a pedicure at all. For my french tip manicure I'd asked for a thin black line instead of white and when she wanted to leave the line bulky or when I asked her to clean up the polish or trim the skin around the edges of the nail it was met with dramatic sighs. I was made to feel like I was being a nuisance for not letting her steamroll me or guilt me into accepting subpar service.

I have been going to Danny Nails for over 10 years. Working with the public, I constantly get positive comments on how fantastic my nails look. Every month, I get dip manicure and Shellac pedicure. I'm usually in and out within an hour. I see Danny and Anna try to go above and beyond for their clientele every time. I will continue to patronize this company for the next 10 years. I highly recommend.

Lots of colours to choose from, booked last minute to be seen on a Sunday. Job was rushed but they turned out ok and figured because of a last min booking. Dip powder was done in 1 hour, got nothing bad to say however maybe not rush to do a better job, otherwise welcoming atmosphere and smells good.

Was my first visit today. Booked last minute. Couldn't find anyone to leave my lil one with and was able to have him seated next to me during my shellac and dip powder. We were greated at the front and overall the customer service was good. Anna did an amazing job with both my pedi and mani (p.s im quite a picky person with nails). They also have complimentary drinks and the atmosphere is relaxing. Did not feel like I was rushed at all. The place seems customer driven. Will I be back? Yes and will be suggesting to my friends and family. Thank you Anna.
