They are one step short of criminals. They've been sending my girlfriend bills and collection notices for an apartment she vacated months ago. Despite repeated phone calls and assurances that they'll fix the problem, they keep harassing us. Don't rent anything these people are involved in.

Pls people don’t rent for this company anymore because employees are disrespectful and they don’t repair their, don’t like them and I will never rent this company and I will tell the people that they’re worst company I have ever seen in my life. They have poor quality of employees .

Don’t rent from here. It’s not worth it. Maintenance doesn’t exist. And manners are at complete loss.

Absolute criminals. They've lied at every turn. Before we signed the lease, we were even told the window renovations would be done. Now I'm told we will have to vacate the apartment for up to 7 days over the next few months. No amenities (pool, tennis courts) no rent reductions. Elevators routinely take up to 10 minutes to arrive. Members ought to get together and file a class action.

These people are criminals, they have raised my rent despite not opening any facilities. The communication is the worst I have ever seen and they have zero integrity and probably laugh at all the bad reviews they get. Stay away from this building especially, I’d give negative review If I could

Worst apartment company ever. Pay over $1500/month. No pool this year. Still no tennis courts. They decided to replace the sliding glass doors and all the windows during our stay, knowing that there is asbestos in the walls. We have puppies and I'm worried for their health and ours because the people installing the windows did not do anything to protect the floor or our belongings, despite us following the 4 foot rule (all of our apartment needed to be rearranged to accommodate 4 feet of space they would need to install the windows and door) and dust, insulation, pieces of wall and paint chips were left everywhere. Also the new windows can't be opened as far due to the cheap design so there's even less ventilation and air flow.Did I mention that the heat runs 365 days a year and the water is periodically shut off for up to 6 hours at a time?And the management couldn't care less, that much is quite clear because they continue reduce your quality of living while charging you the amount you would get to live in an actually nice place.
