They never do any unnecessary work, only what you ask for. They are always mindful of cost when you ask them to be and call during their work time if there are any changes. It is my first time to have my car diagnosed in an auto center. I have been having service with the dealer for year. I am very impressed by the efficiency and accurate diagnosis in JNB. The technician is very experienced in finding the real cause of the problem. Thanks to Steve being understanding my concern and quickly helping me out. I am very happy to find my next car service place from now on.

JNB was my go-to mechanic shop for several years, and I only stopped visiting because I moved elsewhere. The staff is friendly, rates are very reasonable, they are fairly timely with their repairs and their waiting room is fairly neat and clean.I did come across a few issues, however: I had requested an emissions test but it wasn't completed, and I had to return to have it completed; while completing ball joint and brake repairs my passenger door was slightly dinged and scuffed, but they buffed out the scuff; and the ball joints they did replace required an adjustment only five months later, which was apparently too soon.I would return to this shop, but after my experiences, only for minor repairs.
