Waited in line for over 15 minutes. Two client services people - manager walked by - no assistance given. People left as service was so slow.

I went in and ask for some rollers. One day I was given one for each type of coin (we had hundreds of dollars to roll). I told them I needed way more and was told no" totcome back after I had used those rolls (all 5 of them). Nex day returned the few rollers I was given

Went in this branch on several occasion and was ignored. The tellers are always busy doing paper work as if my time is not valuable. Lucky for me this is not my main bank. I get way better service at TD.

The best person to go to is Erica, she’s super friendly and knows what she is doing. Very fast and is always there to help. I specifically go in hoping she’s at the counter. I really like banking at this location.

Horrible place. The guy with no hair is rude. Went in to join to this bank and the who create my account never issued me a debit card. I have been waiting for 3 weeks and just talked to someone now I have to wait another week. Great way to start as a new customer.
