This is an unreliable and fraudulent company . They do not have a physical address in Pitt Meadows.In January they sent a technician to fix my LG fridge , who diagnosed it as a fan-part replacement issue . I asked them to be 100% sure before I put down any money and more importantly waited the 5 months (!) they said it would take the part to arrive due to global supply chain shortages. After five months they came to replace this part , took more money than originally expected and it did not fix the problem. Since then the company is ghosting me . They won’t return calls or take any accountability for their actions.I’m a single mum , a first generation immigrant and I look after my disabled elderly parent in my own home . I told this company and the technician to exercise compassion and be fair , right from the start . But they are total liars and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. For a start .
