McGregor Park
This park faces the water and has a playground. You can take a stroll around the park and get a beautiful view of the water. We saw some people catching crabs. One side has small shops where you can grab a drink or icecream etc and there are gift shops too. Quick access to road and has enough parking too. It's nice to walk around and enjoy the view.

A beautiful stroll along the Seawall or down on the docks. Lots to see, shops, seaplanes, harbour ferry, farmer's markets, and Canon blast at noon in the summer seasons.

I dont think I'd call this a park, it kinda just part of the waterfront, boardwalk area of downtown but its neat to go check out the tripping compass on Cameron island... if you don't know what that is, there's a large compass design built into the bricks on the ground, if you stand in the middle and clap your hands together the sound made is very unusual

The boardwalk and public parking run along it, which is why it shows in my feed. Otherwise the mounds if rock there have been a hazard since the days that the marine shops and the bus terminal were on site, watch that first step !

It's quiet, away from traffic and has some nice views of the wharf, Nanaimo and the Straight.

Well maintained. Lots of boardwalk to walk on. Tons of pokestops for the kids. The view is very nice. Sometimes people are playing music along the way.
