I would recommend Zanduco to anyone! I have used Zanduco for a number of projects from restaurants to wineries and they always deliver exceptional service and product. Fahad J. in particular has been dealing with my account for a number of years now and his customer service is absolutely amazing! He continuously goes out of his way to source things I need and has never missed any of my deadlines. I will continue to work with Zanduco and Fahad for any future needs I may have.

I needed 2 parts for my TreSpade tomato press and was referred to Zanduco. I provided pictures of my machine with model # and S/N #.The sales representative Ashley" was quick to answer all my questions and emails. I received both parts but the filter cone didn't fit the machine at all. So I sent an email with pictures comparing my original filter cone with the new one explaining why I would never be able to use the new filter cone. Parts for these type of machines can be expensive. Their policy specifies no returns and refunds on parts but I guess my pictures justified my request. They refunded the amount for that part but they didn't want the part back. Quite impressive. I would definitely recommend Zanduco. Thank you also to Ashley for your time and effort."

There was an issue during the delivery process but Thaadsa was very helpful and accommodating to my request really well. She responded in a timely manner and very communicative. I used few other companies but Zanduco is one of the best with their customer service.

Fahad at Zanduco came through for me., with professionalism. I called on Tuesday looking for a hotdog roller , bun warmer and cover for July 1st. I received it Thursday morning. We needed to buy 3 Omcan ovens on a bit of an emergency basis to satisfy production needs for our frozen vegan pizza business. It was our good fortune that Fahad Javaid answered the phone. Fahad was the consummate professional - friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. He worked his magic to find one oven for us immediately and he promised to call us if other ovens became available. I assumed that call would never come. Fahad called me 2 days later with the other two ovens we desperately needed. Thank you, Fahad, and Zanduco, for your incredible service! You saved the day!!!

Placed an order for a coffee machine online and got an email the next day saying the price was a mistake and they would not honour it. Asked for double the original posted price. Spoke to customer service and they said tough luck. Very disappointed in the service.Update: thanks for the offer and issuing a refund quickly but I am afraid you are missing the point. The technical glitches and advertised prices on your website are your responsibility. I purchased the item in good faith. The right thing to do is honour the price. A 5 percent discount seems a bit out of touch.
