Canine Comforts

Our little guy Sheru has been going to doggie daycare for several months, and he comes back home after having a full day of fun and activities with his buddies. Canine comforts was the best decision we made when it came to finding ways for him to get rid of extra energy and not be bored at home.We also come here to get him groomed, and unlike other groomers we have visited, sheru actually looks cute after his trim, and we aren't left looking at him hoping for his hair to grow back!I highly recommend this place for both small and large dogs!!

love this place! everyone working there is so nice! the dogs are always happy! and the grooming is amazing, the dogs look so cute after! I would definitely recommend going there both for daycare and for grooming.

Our pup has been enjoying doggie daycare at Canine Comforts more than half of his life! He LOVES it and so do we. It is clean and fresh. Jen is super nice and truly cares for the dogs. The massage therapy and grooming services are also both great! Can't say enough good things.

So disappointed with Canine Comforts' treatment of my family, humans and fur baby alike.When we picked our dog up from her grooming appointment we were informed that she had been cut during her groom, that it wasn't serious and that her grooming would be free. When we got home our dog was clearly uncomfortable and the wound would not stop bleeding. We contacted the vet and sent them some pictures to which they responded by asking us to bring her in for stitches.We immediately called Canine Comforts to inform them of the situation and they responded by telling us they would pay for half of the vet bill. Next we were told that they would pay the entire veterinary balance if we didn't go public with our experience.Today we were informed they had sought legal advice and were not responsible for any monetary compensation for the incident (which is true, groomers are not liable even if they kill your pet), we were told to never come back to their establishment and we have been hung up on multiple times while trying to navigate this whole situation.Don't make your customers promises you never intend to keep! All we wanted was an assurance that they would do all in their power to make sure this doesn't happen again. Very, very disappointed with how we were treated. We will never be back.

There are not enough words to express how grateful and pleased I am with the grooming at Canine Comforts.My dog was extremely matted. The groomer took extra time and care to ensure all the mats were removed without hurting my dog.The finished job was just wonderful, she never looked better! Thanks to the groomer and thanks to Canine Comforts for a job well done!

This is a great place! My dogs love it. Very clean and spacious. I have two dogs that attend the daycare and they also get groomed. I've use other places but this is the best. The staff are caring and friendly.I'm jealous because at the end of the day, my dogs never want to leave.They also have a great assortment of raw dog food.Thanks for taking such good care of my boys.

Extremely friendly staff that takes the time to get to know your puppy/dog, and ensures they are in the perfect setting to enjoy a fun day of play. My dog loves going! Bully sticks and other items are sold there, excellent quality and very reasonably priced.

When I moved to Bolton 4 years ago I wanted to find a groomer closer to home. North hill animal hospital recommended canine comforts and I’m so happy they did! The groomer is so nice to me and very loving and gentle towards my dog Sophie. Her haircuts always turn out amazing.

What can I say this daycare is amazing, I have taken my dog there since they opened, He loves it there and the groomer is so good with him , My dog hates getting his nails clipped and there are very few places that will do it because of his breed , and he smelt amazing after words he was a different dog.The staff are very friendly and work with your schedule, you can see in Jen's work how much she cares about every individual dog. She takes the time to get to know your dog and makes a plan that is the best for your dog. I have never had a bad experience here and any problem they are more then will to make sure I leave happy which I always do.All I can say is don't leave your dog at home bring them here you will never regret it :) and neither will your dog :D :D
