A nice big store. You can find all what you need for your construction and renovation projects. What is special about this particular store compared to the other Ronas is its wood court where you can drive through with your vehicle, load your products yourself then at the exit a cashier scans items into your car. Pay and leave. Inside store are a lot of young employees everywhere who can happily offer help and assistance. On the outside, there are plenty of parking spaces. Needless to say this store is easily accessible by car and wheelchair.If this review was helpful to you please don't forget to like it. Enjoy your experience!

Bon. Went back for floor tiles this time. Website showed 24 boxes in stock. Spent 30 minutes with the clerk and found squat. Not the first time this happened. Needless to say, their inventory management sucks... Nothing has changed since last visit. Emotionless employees, department heads (take your time, no rush. Sarcasm was thick..) etc.

Went here to purchase some special order doors. Waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to assist me in the department, then the person who finally helped me was rude. Never returning here! The only kind person I encountered was the greater at the door, otherwise no one could be bothered. The pin they have on their vests describes perfectly their attitude.

Bad experience with refrigerators delivery I has to say not with sales lady. because she gave me the best service her could it but her manager very disappointed by side that they didn’t respect delivered day (truck had bad information gave it by them)didn’t help me even when I talk her I have baby of 5 weeks old need the the refrigerator urgent.finally they delivered 5 days later after my originally delivery.

They regularly don't have what I'm looking for. Simple things that should always be in stock. Rare are the really helpful employees, most seem uniformed or just uncaring. The lumber yard is a nightmare, there's no one to greet you so you're supposed to know where you're going. You enter with your car and try to find what to do, where to go, where to park until another customer drives in so you move up but still don't know where the stuff you want is. Then you realize it's in the aisle you just drove through but you can't back up so you try to find a spot so you can carry your stuff back to your car. Ugh! I dislike going there, I go out of my way to go to Home Depot.

Spacious and not cluttered. Easy to find what you're looking for. We even received friendly service in English because one of the associates heard us talking amongst ourselves.Great prices and the products they carry are of great quality.The only downside is that not all the employees are very knowledgeable in their department. They know the basics for sure and where things are.
