Amazing 5 star service. There are only two choices for Tesla repair and the other one is the absolute worst. I was neverous that FIX would be the same and wow was I wrong. This shop is amazing. Everything they told me came true (not common anymore). Thier communication on parts was right on track. The work was well done and they even went the extra mile and gave my car back beautifully. Even when they needed the extra day, they fully explained why and it was my benefit they were super accommodating to my schedule to get my Tessi back to me.My first time was for my broken window. After they gave it back it was having a issue with autopilot tracking far left in the lane. Chris went the extra mile to find out what it could be. Followed up 2 days later and was super helpful. Absolutely amazing job by this team! I took my Camaro (my baby) there to have some vandalism fixed and the results were very impressive. From start to finish, Chris, Aleah, and the receptionist were thorough, informative and professional. They truly went above and beyond my expectations and I couldn't be happier!

Very glad I decided to take my car to Fix auto after making a hit and run claim! They fixed my car very quickly and were really great at communicating timelines for me. They had a rental car ready for me when I dropped my vehicle off and were kind and professional the whole time. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone needing work done!

I contacted multiple shops but Fix Auto was the only Tesla-certified shop that was able to accomodate my timeline. I live down town Victoria and brought my 2021 Tesla model 3 to a few different shops to try and have a windshield replaced. After unhelpful and rude service at each, I was recommended Fix Auto in Langford.The service is top notch, not only do they want to help but they educate as well. Customer service is top notch, and the service provided is extremely professional.Fast forward, my windshield was replaced perfectly. A couple weeks later I noticed a very very minor rubber seal (cosmetic only) sticking out on my car, I drove it on over to FIX and right away I had two customer service reps look and assure me what it was and they got me in right away for a quick simple fix.Good service and high quality are two things that are hard to come by lately, and FIX exceeds both categories.
