I absolutely love this store. Rebecca and her hubby only supply the best of the best in supplements & fresh organic produce, baked goods soups and spices and teas etc. I love how knowledgeable all the staff are. A very warm welcoming place and great service.

This store has a very awesome supply of everything from fruit to cheese, to grains, I especially love the cheesecake which surprisingly is gf and vegan. It’s absolutely divine. I get some herbal tea here to help with health related concerns. There are some products here that I’ve never seen elsewhere. Awesome!

I used to like it more. It was good they didn't try to be mask Nazis. They have lots of good stuff but lately I checkout with the same person who I think is the owner or the wife of the owner and she just isn't pleasant or helpful so the price of supporting local is questionable whether it's worth that type of negative interaction.

Great location with great staff.They also have some cool spices and herbs bulk hard to find.

Purchased Boteal Berry Farm frozen raspberries and upon opening they had black mold and some white fuzzy berries. When brought back to the store was made to feel like somehow my fault and told it is clearly printed on the receipt NO REFUNDS!!!

Great selection of food and supplements for a healthy lifestyle.I was in on Sale day, staff is always knowledgable and helpful and today I found out just how community orientated they are. The staff and owners have taken the time to be read and be knowledgable about Red Deer's Mask Bylaw and its exemptions, this has created a safe a healthy safe for ALL people in Red Deer including those of us with disabilities that are exempt.Thank you so much creating a place for ALL people in Red Deer to be supported in their health and thank you for posting on the door so people know where they are welcome and safe.While your there also get one of their elisions fresh baked cookies and an elixir such a lovely treat.

Best locally ran place in central Alberta. They are extremely knowledgeable and I love having a chat with them every time I stop by! Always learning something new from them ☺️

While I have not been into the store, I phoned them and asked the person who answered the phone if they had dried soybeans. The person said no and she didn’t know where to get them. She then proceeded to tell me she wasn’t a fan of them and no amount of convincing or proof of the health benefits of soy would change her mind. As a nurse, whose free time is spent studying healthy ways of living, and as a life long vegetarian, who has eaten soy my entire life, I find the aversion to new information the staff member demonstrated a huge warning sign as to the level of actual health and nutrition knowledge of the staff here, or their ability to discern quality scientific evidence. I had hoped to find a new health food store, as I’m new to the area, but after this interaction, I will not be going here.

This little shop offers lots of variety for it's footprint, a little big of everything with a variety of ready to go soups and juices.The in house cafe is doesn't carry coffee, but many tea varieties and other healthy options.

Staff are friendly and that PB chocolate brownie... it haunts me in my dreams how tasty it is. The mookies and soups are also regular go tos for me. So yummy and lots of allergy friendly options! Good selection of local healthy foods. Fun chocolate selection too!
