Medical One Centre and Pharmacy For Family Practice and Walk-in Clinic

Worst clinic that wouldn’t grant me an mri but instead gave me antibiotics for what we later found out was a torn Acl. Disappointing that I had to limp for 5 weeks until I was granted an mri.

This clinic is NOT so much a walk-in" Clinic but rather a Family practice. Unless you are a patient there

This place is clean but the service here is horrible. I waited 40 minutes to see a doctor. When I asked the receptionist how long it'll take she told me to go to room 3. After waiting 40 minutes, I seen the doctor for literally two minutes and he said my child had a cough and prescribed medicine. I had to wait over half an hour to receive the prescription and they told me they were out and I can go to another pharmacy to get it. This place is horrible. Workers will talk about you in their language thinking you cant understand. I highly DO NOT recommend. These reviews are true

A shell of its former self. When the clinic first opened up the service was amazing, both the doctors and front desk receptionist were phenomenal. Now the clinic seems to be understaffed or the front desk receptionist has become quite incompetent and not do an adequate job. Do not waste your time, there are plenty of clinics around the area that provide better services. This is my first bad review, as I try to understand the situation we might not see, but today's visit it solidifies my dissatisfaction with this location, after being shooed off by the front desk when my mom needed help.

They lie about sending referrals!!!!!!!Appointment times don't matter, test results are ignored and not looked at, calls go unanswered, doctors refuse second opinions which is against the Canadian Medical Code of Conduct. Sub standard care and refusal to send to specialist.They just want to swipe your card and get you out as soon as possible. Will also try and force their pharmacy on you.For your own long term health, avoid.If you do, stand your ground and force them to do what you want.

It was amazing before all 3 doctors and receptionist left the clinic. New doctors don’t care, don’t listen details and don’t ask questions, very fast in making decisions. I had to argue that there were more symptoms that meters (based on my previous health conditions), and only after that I was listened and got the right treatment. Receptionist is not able to manage her time. And it takes more than an hour to see the doctor even if you have an appointment.

Very long wait time even after appointment is booked!when asked with receptionist how much I need to wait she said she don’t know! Every time new doctors!if asked for previous doctor they keep saying same ! Wait time will be too long or he is not in soon ..! Very disappointed with the service..need to find another family doctor.

I attended this clinic multiple times since they opened. I watched the place go down pretty quick. I have received positive care from the doctors there but on my last visit, I needed to use the washroom to provide a sample and there was blood spattered all over the washroom. I told the receptionist and she just told me that she knew about it and that the night time cleaners will take care of that. I was appalled. That place was so clean not many years ago but now it's showing neglect. In comparison, my family doctor has had her office for twice as long and the equipment doesn't look kicked in and there are no holes in the wall. I hope they can clean it up and learn from this.

Don't come hereThis Clinic was not bad but is horrible now. It is too busy because most of the patients couldn't speak English well and would like to talk with the doctor in their language only. You have to wait over 1- 2 hours without finding a chair to set down and will see the doctor for 2 min after that will tell you antibiotics are harmful waw. They didn't track and don't care about patients' history records or medicine refills. You have to call the pharmacy for a refill and the receptionist doesn't answer any calls because she is busy taking blood tests for patients. They target and look for the count of patients only for financial profit onlyNot recommended at all...

Worst clinic ever . Though it’s a walk in clinic .. I reached there 40 minutes before their closing time . Receptionist still said no that they are not going to take any more patients for the day . Why would you guys call it a walk in clinic . Then . I tried one more time politely if doctor could see me for few min. She was rude and refused it again . Won’t recommend!!! Until they have better staff
