Terrific staff, very knowledgeable/helpful. But most importantly... Honest. Rates are great and they have the ability to work on most brands foreign or domestic and willing to suggest when there are aftermarket parts available.

I’ve called them 4 times in the past 2 years looking for different parts. Only received a callback on 1 of my 4 inquiries.

The prices were fair and they fit us in the same day. They were running abit behind schedule but compensated us for our wait with a discount...which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend them.

Great service! Very helpful! Got us the parts we needed quickly, and took time to explain how to install them (since we’re doing it ourselves). Definitely will go back if we ever need anything!

Good service and prices

Have dealt with the folks here a few times: full interior for a Dodge 3500, head for a GM SUV, and today, parts for my son's Tundra. Twice there were issues with the quality or availability of an item(s). Both times they adjusted their prices, expedited the part-pull and sent us with what we needed. Today, two out of three parts were not there as they had been sold previously and not updated in their computer. Max, with whom I had dealt with two days ago, found another vehicle that had parts we could use. Although he had to leave for the afternoon, he arranged for another salesman to help my son out, got the parts for us, and honoured the price given previously even though he said the quality of these parts was better than the ones he had promised us. They moved on the parts pull right away as my son had driven out of his way to pick up the parts on his way back to university and would have had an additional 4-5 hrs driving to return any time later. With continued service like this, we will be coming back.Thanks guys.

Great place for auto parts and service.

Called looking for a part, $40, no problem. I asked if they can mail it any this woman gets right ignorant. Where do you live" she snaps at me I was like "Irma". She says freight charges are $30 but it's cheaper just to come pick it up. I'm like "uh... That's 50 minutes away it might be cheaper to mail it" she rudely informs me that Irma is only 20 minutes from vermillion and I politely say okay that's all I wanted to know and she hangs up on me.I have been going to valley for years because I've always always been treated fairly. You guys just lost a potential sale."
