Joe was awesome! He is incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help. Definitely a model employee. I could not have finished my project without him. He even helped with multiple returns and exchanges when none of the products I needed were complete in the box the first time around. Plus I got a neat history lesson on the building as he was helping me load up my vehicle.

My recent experience with the kitchen design team was terrible. The customer service was appalling and was a complete waste of my time. There were weeks of delays, and the employees were constantly understaffed and overworked. I left feeling humiliated after the recent meeting that lasted for almost 2.5 hours! I was told that I had to pay 100% upfront, but the company was responsible for nothing, even if my project was delayed by months (we live on the Island

Great selection, good prices, friendly staff. I have 3 problems with this store though. 1) There are no shopping carts at the entrance, as you would expect with every other store on the planet. The shopping carts are hidden in the center of the store. 2) There is no greeter at the entrance and no map. The website does not tell you which aisle things are on. So you have to find a store employee to ask or just wander through the store and hope you find it. 3) The store opens at 6am which some might find convenient but it's ridiculously early and hard on the staff. I went in first thing in the morning and the store was empty and the staff look depressed and sleepy.I will shop Home Depot whenever I can because I have a much better experience.

Well I had to change my five-star review to a one star after today's experience. I went to buy some wood pellets and it showed that they had 60 in stock. I went into the ground floor entrance asked somebody they advised me, without just looking on the computer, that they were upstairs so I went up stairs. I asked the guy upstairs and he told me they were downstairs.I told him no, somebody sent me up stairs and he didn't even bother looking up he just told me the two different locations they would be and that's it.I was in the store for 30 minutes looking around for the wood pellets trying to find somebody else to help me and everybody just walked past me and didn't even do squat.I am done buying wood pellets from Lowe's, I'm now just sticking to Canadian tire and driving the extra mile for it

We paid for kitchen cabinets and installation in May 2022. The reno started 2 months later and we have been without a kitchen for over 2 months now. They rarely answer their phone and rarely reply to email. Our last communication is that they do not have any idea when we will get our countertop. Terrible communication. See photo for some issues we have.***Update Sep 2022: I called the number from the reply and they followed up with the Lowe's Tillicum store. We were able to come to a resolution on how to expedite the installation.***Update 12 Nov 2022: The countertop was installed however, we are still missing 2 panels and received 2 defective doors that have not been installed yet. We are now 6 months into the project and Lowe's still have not completed the kitchen installation.***Update 1 Dec 2022: Still waiting for an ETA for the remaining parts and defective doors.***Update 7 Dec 2022: we received an ETA for Jan 14-16, 2022 for some of the missing parts. That will be 8 months after the start of the project. Lowe's supplier is Allen + Roth from which Lowe's can't get timelines.***Update 24 Jan 2023: We did not receive the parts on the expected date. I had to follow up with corporate as Tillicum store has not answered my requests. Corporate indicated that the store did receive the parts and are contacting the installer. I wish they would stay true to their words Choose peace of mind

Wow! I am always so blown away by the customer service here! The last time a lady helped me set up a VIP account and today I had three amazing people help me find everything I was looking for. Well actually everytime I go in they help me get in and out :) The best part is they are always happy to help or find someone that can! Thank you so much Joe, Caitlin and Bradley?

I came in to Lowe's Garden Center on Thursday July 6th and was thoroughly impressed with the lady who works in the garden center. I think her name was Sheena? She's a tall blondie she has a great smile and friendly attitude. I had a list of questions to ask about flowers and what best options for my home garden and she had a lot of ideas and suggestions which made my choices easier to decide what I wanted to do with my area for plants. I think this lady deserves a shout out about how great she does her job and a raise. I saw how well all the hanging plant displays looked and they looked really nice. And they also smelled nice. This day and age you don't really get people who know what they're talking about when it comes their jobs because people just don't know much about what they work with. Anyways I think you're lucky to have a good and hard-working employee. Those are also hard to come by these days too

I absolutely love coming into the store. I like the displays and the clear price. I like to look at the fridge and freezer and washer dryer section because I get to see all the new and improved neat technology stuff.Cashiers are friendly and I enjoy the two entrances One is on the top level and the other is on the lower level. :)

Excellent customer service, above and beyond help. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use this store again. Ordering was easy, speaking to a real person was easy, delivery was handled without issue. Service was way more than expected, and after trying the competition store wouldn't go anywhere else.

A very handy location for anyone in South west Saanich. Great selection of home improvement items and general home improvement/repair parts.
