We had a wonderful experience with Dynasty Bathrooms installing our walk-in shower. Steve the installer was coureous and kept us informed of progress. He cleaned up thoroughly each evening which was great as we still had to use that bathroom at night. Bridget kept us up to date on any chanes needed and was pleasnat to work with. We love our new shower!

Great experience with Dynasty! Tanisha was a great help answering all my questions and offering product/design choices. Tanisha was quick to respond to all communication, and she and Tina were able to accommodate the specific timeframe we had for our bathroom reno. Installer Steve and his partner were right on time each day, were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They also finished the project in a timely manner. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom! Highly recommend!

I went to Dynasty because they were recommended by a friend. I purchased my items from Bridget at the Lorimer location, who was passionate about helping me find the right products for my shower. She was friendly and knowledgeable and kept me updated when I had a special order,. When I found myself stuck on part of the install she got me in contact with the vendor who solved my problems.I found Dynasty had quality products and better prices than the competitors, but the service is what made this DIY job an enjoyable success.I would recommend them without hesitation.

We had an excellent experience with Dynasty. All the staff were easy to deal with. Jim was very helpful from the planning stages right through to completion. The workmen who came out were professional, skilled and nice to work with, especially Clint. The bathroom took a little longer to complete than we had hoped for-some issues with illness, breakage and a flawed vanity top-but our beautiful new bathroom was well worth the wait.

Right from the first meeting with Bridget Skoropata through the entire actual renovation with Patrick Comeau these individuals were accommodating, flexible and good at what they do.
