Late review! Bought a 18k rope chain and a 2.5 inch 24k circle pendant surrounded with vsdiamonds w/my grandfather picture inside. Communication was awesome. They sent constant updates with pictures and videos while making it. The piece came out amazing. Had it for 3 years now and all diamonds have stuck and have had no issues at all. Pretty good place for being in Alberta!

Had a grill made in 2018 and it fit clean and perfect. needed a slight adjustment but always expected with custom jewelry fitted to my teeth. Fast forward to 2021 I caved and got my bottom set, they clicked in immediately even better then last time. In the time between I noticed they upgraded their packaging to include a travel case and I got stickers with my order. super pumped. P.s. sorry bout my dirty beard, love the grillz. Highly Recommend

My experience with Cody and Dow has been phenomenal. Cody sourced a 2023 Rolex 41mm on my behalf, he had the jeweler swap out the face and install a customized bezel, the end product was worth it, clean, stylish, flawless and on time with regular progress updates, service was above and beyond my expectations. I am extremely satisfied, I highly recommend Diamond Boyz for all your jewelry needs!

They sold a chain and bracelet that I had a deposit on, and gave me a cheap hollow chain instead.. I bought a ring and after waiting weeks for it to be sized, I called, was told they didn't know what ring I was talking about, hung up in my ear and never called back, drove 8 hours to have them find it. They called me after I bought a gold and diamond grill, and accused me of shorting them $3200, not sure where they got that idea, no apology. They sold me a diamond watch which turned out to be a used, broken watch, no movement, broken crown, cloudy face, missing a diamond. They sent the watch for repair, I got it 6 months later and it still doesn't work. Spent over 20k there in 2 months and was treated like dirt every time I talked with them. Never again! Cutting my losses. Not worth your time or money. Worst shopping experience ever.

Unbelievable customer service! I worked with TJ to create a custom goat and pentagram pendant and it turned out amazing! I had never ordered custom jewelry before but this experience has me wanting even more! From the beginning it was great communicating the idea and progress of the project. I started the project in early April and received my pendant on June 24th so its quite a process for something custom but it was more than worth it. Not only was it wonderfully packaged but TJ customized the package with my name and some pentagrams. Absolutely unreal! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
