I had a furnace and air conditioner installed. The first couple of men who came to do the big install were very friendly and did a great job as well as cleaned up the mess made. The walk through on how to change the filter and use my new nest thermostat was explained great.I had another man come out to tweek an issue I had with the air conditioner and he was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure he left with it running safely and properly.Overall a great experience with reliance and the response time was very quick.

We dealt with Cody for some repair issues required around our home that we’ve been renovating and he was exceptionally professional, timely, and took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs that needed to take place. He further explained to us how the protection plan works. He was respectful and polite in all of our interactions and we would highly recommend him to anyone - Cody represents the company very well!

Shame came in the nick of time and was able to save our furnace room and basement. We had condenser coil that was clogged on a 32 year old machine and the leak was seeping into the basement. Shane was friendly and extremely helpful with us and gave me an honest opinion on what to do. Although he was here to replace the water heater, we did a checkup and notified us of the real problem so we could get it fixed right away. I’d give him 6/5 stars if there was that option.

And made sure that I understood the work that was completed as well as how to contact for preventative maintenance to avoid the issue in the future.

Called at 12 noon to replace an old water tank that was having issues. Was given a discount, which was never requested, due to loyalty and longevity with the company. Upgraded tank to a larger size, and installed by Carson, the same day about 3 hours later. Can't ask for anything better. Fast service and very professional. Simple and easy instructions given on working the tank if needed. 5 out of 5 beginning from the Call Center to the installation. All within 5 hours time!EXCELLENTThis is how you keep loyal clients!

Installation technicians were very professional and informative. Our water heater installation went well and they did a good job overall. Billing department is not the most helpful. They took 5 months to update our change of address info.

I called reliance around 10 in the morning after finding our water heater was leaking and was sitting in a pool or water and they had a technician out that afternoon. Borin was great! Very friendly and professional. Despite the disaster that was our water heater, the overall experience was fantastic. Won’t hesitate to call again if we run into any issues.

Reliance was efficient in scheduling the service. The window given was 10am-2pm and the technician called at 10:15 and was at my door by 10:45. They were both polite and the work was complete within 20 minutes. They placed my hot water heater out of the way to make room for flooring to be installed and made sure no crucial valves on the tank were tampered with while it was removed. The work area was neat and tidy after they were finished. Overall a great experience with Reliance!

The men that showed up were awesome. They were team oriented, both knowledgeable and very professional. They were personable, courteous and just fun to talk to. Even though I prepped the area to the best of my ability, my hot water tank was somewhat confined, (to say the least), yet not an eyebrow was raised. No complaints whatsoever.This is the same fabulous service that I had 18 years ago when I had a tank installed by different Reliance workers.If you are looking for a friendly professional duo, you should expect the same.Jim Bondy
