Louie is the kindest and most helpful guy ever! I’ve been going to this UPS store since 2017 and have been coming back just for him. He is always so knowledgeable and patient and honestly just loves his job and it reflects in the customer experience. Hope he knows how appreciated he is!! Thank you Louie!

The owner used to operate in a completely different manner where he made sure to communicate when I should expect a delivery back to said locations. It is really a shame but like several reviews shared, his demeaner is rather off putting, he wants to signal things are fine but the computer is almost going to be compromised...was not sure what I was asking and says to email him a different way...realize the next day most other stores are charging a better rate, oh well, lesson learned. I hope he rethinks what the customer wants and they don't want to listen to peculiar jokes!

Owner of this location (Louie Okundaye) is extremely rude and possesses close to zero interpersonal/customer service skills. As noted in previous reviews, he is dismissive, not willing to provide good CS and rude to customers. I asked Louie to print a shipping label on a regular piece of paper and I was quoted at $3 for a single piece of paper. When asked to justify that price for a single print, I was given a dismissive answer about how can he explain his prices" to me. It seems simple to do. I asked if he has any fixed printing costs after our transaction and was put under the assumption that prices are arbitrary as he wove his hands around his head.I would not recommend purchasing any supplies from this location as they are surely overpriced. I HIGHLY recommend the store "Legacy Custom Picture Framing" which is located a few stores EAST of this UPS location. Owner is friendly and willing to help."

Not just this location but UPS is an actual joke…no idea what their drivers do all day long, just a waste of time. If you’re a working human it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a package from them. Select access point and then delivery date is a day late? That makes NO sense at all…customer service is 0 help. Not my choice to go with them.

The person working here act like he knows everything but he Dont have enough knowledge. He clicked my wrong photo for pr card . I showed him details too and he said i know everything u don’t have to show me any details. I went there 2 times and he alyz act like he is too smart but he is not he dont know . Hence my photo was rejected from ambassyBad experience

Worst experience at an UPS ever! When I entered it took the clerk over 5 mins to acknowledge me even though I was the only person in the store. He sternly pointed to the box for dropoffs when I asked where to deposit my package. He rudely refused to print a receipt when I asked.

UPS should take there name away from this guy. He makes UPS look so bad. Last time I was here it took me 30min to send a waybill to be printed. He was rude then. This time I call to save us both the time and effort and he refused to give me the email and said I need to come in. He said it's a waste of money to print one copy if I don't come. I said I don't even need the copy but at least the email process would be complete using my home wifi. He refused. Another 30 min and being snotty to me infront of everyone because now he is so busy and I am out. UPS should investigate stores with a 2 stare review total. Not to mention the place is so messy and un organized. Errrrr no good customer service these days.

During the Covid-19 lock-down, I couldn't go to the library that prints documents for 10 to 15 cents per page. I went to this store to print 3 page B-W document and I was charged $3 i.e. dollar a page! That's huge huge profit margin. I don't know actual official price for single page. I understand it might be slightly higher or even double the library prices but no one in Canada should charge $1 per copy for any reason.It just doesn't stop here. After getting credit card receipt, I asked the guy for itemized receipt to which he said Do you want pay taxes on that ?" . He went and printed 1 B-W copy at $2.75 + tax = $3.11 . He didn't even ask me for the 11 cents."
