Very happy with the service I received. Service Advisor clearly communicated issues, risks, options to me, scheduled the vehicle to meet my needs, provided a service loaner (excellent loaner, wasn't an old clunker!!) and kept me informed of the status of my repairs. Vehicle was finished before the promised date!

People at Two Way are like they usually are. Friendly and try hard however Ford needs to look back at its roots. With a lifetime of ford's to not be able to access parts makes it hard. They come up with clips and connectors that where no good in the first place so they change to something else and discontinue the part. It's not the way I remember them. Special tools and whatever so you can't do much yourself and it just keeps getting worse. Yes it's a 96.5 but still one of there best selling trucks. I have and drive a 2004 titan and as of yet have been able to get any part I want but might have to wait a couple days. As a matter of fact I had it in for a small repair 2 years ago and they replaced seat belts cause they didn't retract fast enough. That's a long ways from people I know putting in new engines with very low mileage. America doesn't want us buying there junk

Dealership is super friendly, and there to walk you thru new vehicle and look after you.I had previous truck stolen and dealership held vehicle for weeks as waited on insurance payout,When could of sold many timesThey also got truck ready during this time , for delivery.Went out of their way to investigate extended warranty from previous truck.Have bought 8 F150 in past and this dealership made me feel important and helped more then any other5 star ratingDon't hesitate to deal here
