I'm pleased with the half kilometer of tar and chip paving on my property. The job was done quickly and eficiently. The extra areas apart from the main road were done without extra charge. The team are experienced and make sure the job is well done. They didn't skimp on materials.

We just had our driveway done with the tar and chip and we love it!! I wanted to point out that there were some grading issues after the first rainfall. I texted Hooley some pictures. He phoned me back within minutes and said that he would look after it. True to his word, he came back and fixed the problem area. I would recommend this company to anyone. The crew that Hooley has put together worked non-stop through the heat and humidity and did an excellent job ! The price was very fair with the final product turning out exactly how we pictured it ! We used OTC to chip coat a steep section of a shared cottage road where we had tried other solutions like recycled asphalt, crowning etc. The crew was very efficient and the final product is holding up very well, surviving it’s first winter with no issues. I also had them coat my own driveway which had some serious erosion issues. Again, the crew prepared the drive with proper drainage swales and the tar and chip has done remarkably well. We are planning to bring them back again this season to repair another shared hill as well as multiple private drives where the owners have witnessed the quality results provided by Hooley and his team. I would recommend OTC as an affordable and highly effective alternative to asphalt. Their workmanship is professional, accurate and top shelf.

I did request for a quote in 2019. After a several months I phoned this company and employee said ,that they have my phone number and name and I should wait. Now is November 2021 and I still wait for the call from them.

Hoolie and the Chip and Tar team were fantastic to work with. Hoolie’s care and communication were particularly appreciated. The driveway looks amazing and is the perfect solution for a country property. I had several quotes for asphalt that were way out of reach for our long lane . This was an affordable and attractive alternative.
