As Usual relocated here from University Heights and I quite like there’s larger seating area at this site. Customizable drinks and their salt and pepper fried tofu are fantastic as usual. Staff greets you and are friendly. The street is quiet with ample parking spots.

Such a good experience! The atmosphere in the cafe is cozy and cute and fun, and the staff were very friendly. The food was also great. We ordered their winter melon milk tea and passionfruit tea (both with pearls), as well as spicy pork dumplings and tempura fish fries. Would definitely go out of my way to come back here again!

Ordered from here quite a few times during lockdown, the Japanese curry is phenomenal and it was so nice to go in person for once!When it dropped from skipthedishes I thought it had closed down, so happy to see it's still here!

Love the new location. Finally some authentic Asian cuisine and dessert cafe in Oak Bay. Perfect place to grab a bubble tea before hitting the beach.

Edit: Took off 1 star because the hours constantly change and are hard to keep track. :( Sucks when I crave bubble tea after a long day and find out they are closed!Best Taiwanese popcorn chicken in Victoria!! have not visited in-person recently but ordered delivery yesterday. The Braised Pork Belly was perfect and the bubble tea is still just as refreshing as it has always been. I used to go here all the time a few years ago, while still located near UVic. Really sad this restaurant had to relocate farther away but happy to see they are still around in Victoria!

Ordered on skip the dishes and was not let down in the slightest by the yummy suprise dessert and the perfect bubble tea! The snack tray was delicious as well, only thing was that it got a bit squished with everything put together in one container, still yummy though! We will definitely be coming back for more, love!

Food is ok.. maybe abit overpriced for what you get but I think they cater to the younger crowd. Coming from a bigger city I was craving bubble tea. It was ok here, but it was cheap so it was fine
