Located in old Montreal, serving traditional poutine.I'm not a fan of the dish, but it's part of my Montreal tour.Plenty of seating options including a backyard.Prepare to climb stairs to enter from the first floor.Prices are ok.Friendly staff and excellent service.

Went here for lunch yesterday with cousin and my 1 year old and let me tell you... the best poutine in town is here. Curd is not chewy at all and you can tell its made freshly in house. From service, to food, to drinks to ambiance everything was 10/10. We ordered strawberry mohito and long island iced tea. Both were perfectly made. Did not feel that it was watered down. For food we got smoked meat poutine and fried chicken poutine. Both were super delicious. The quantity is amazing. From the time we entered everyone greeted us and gave us a warm welcome on a rainy day. We chose to sit in the courtyard which was such a cute setup. With big umbrellas at each table that allowed us to sit comfortably even with the light drizzle.Dave was our server. He definitely deserves a shoutout! Super friendly and chilled. We didnt feel rushed at all. He answered our questions and served our food quickly and checked in on us timely with a huge smile on his face. Keep it up Dave u r fantastic.I was told this place is now under new management. They r definitely doing a great job!! Keep it up. I will be sure to recommend this place to Everyone I know.

Friendly staff, trendy vibes and satisfying poutine. The best of hipster Montreal.Recommendations include the poutine with fried chicken and/or spicy sausage.

Ordered poutine and a burger, which all tasted great! Burger was tasty beef. The poutine tasted sweet, probably due to the grilled bbq chicken that was in it. Although they had cocktails, and they could remove alcohol in the mojito, they did not have house blend iced tea, which was disappointing. The welcoming ambiance that is set in an old brick house includes the open dining area, lights on trees, friendly staff.

A return trip here. Sitting in the courtyard, I did get crapped on by a bird, so I guess coming here to eat was “good luck” for me. After a quick cleanup, we got some cold beers and soon our poutine as well. Good fun dinner out. Very tasty.

So good! I asked for a recommendation and the hostess said that of course if I hadn’t had poutine that I should go for the regular, but otherwise get the fried chicken option. And even though my standard for poutine was the food court at Costco, I am familiar with the concept and therefore went for the fried chicken. It did not disappoint. The gravy/sauce situation was delicious, the ratio of fry-to-chicken-to-cheese was ideal and the cheese curds themselves were every bit of goodness I wanted them to be. Keep in mind that this was my first meal of the day at 12pm so my judgement might have been hindered by hunger. But honestly it was so worth it, and right by the port in the middle of the cobblestone hustle-bustle. I recommend.

Got there before it opened. Short line waiting. Sat al fresco. Service and food came quick. Reg. Poutine was the best! My family had smoked meat sandwiches, which were good, but not what I came for. Long Island Iced Tea was also well made. Very nice lunch on the patio. I recommend and will return.

On the pricier side, but I guess it’s pretty standard rates for restaurants in this area. Classic poutine was good. Service was good.$14.25 for a classic poutine. $12 pints for beers on tap. Cocktails are $12-$16 per. No tap water allowed. Bottled water must be purchased for $4 per Eska bottles.

Really good poutine, especially for tourists. The smoked meat sandwich was small but really tasty, the meat was so tender it would breakdown so easily.
