Wide open sports fields, paved trails and awesome Playground. As other reviewers mentioned, parking may be tricky. Otherwise, this is a gem!

Absolutely wonderful space! Great for picnics, to excercise and walk your dog. So many options to choose from plus it's right beside all the trails.

Awesome park. Love how they incorporated keeping Nature with the park. The cute signs along the eater path about the rain pond etc is soo nice. Splash pad and play structure are amazing.

A great place to enjoy your time at. There are a kids playing area, walking trial, and several soccer play grounds.

Churchill Park
While this park has the standard ball and soccer fields, the most important feature is that it is part of the RBGs Cootes Paradise wildlife sanctuary. Walking the paths along the edge of Churchill Park is a great way to see birds. Ebird says 141 species of birds have been seen in Churchill Park. Best time is in the morning during spring and fall migration. Also good hawk watching during migration, but if you spend a while around noon bald eagles can be seen flying over any time of the year.

Vast open playing fields. Very, very soggy in early Spring, un-useable during this time. Parking is very tough. Wish the city would take a small amount of this land for parking.

Beautiful big park. A cricket field, 2 big soccer fields , 2 kiddy size soccer fields , 2 baseball diamonds and a children play ground. There are trails in the wooded area.

It is nice park with a wonderful playground; plenty of options around for exercise. A nice walking/running path, a nature trail at the north of the park. You can get lost under tall trees and discover Oak Savanna through these trails. You can see different types of birds around close to the lake. Trails are ok for 3 yo kids - fyi

Gorgeous park. Love the pathways. Looks like it will be further renovated. The hiking paths are relaxing. The views are beautiful. And if you play pikmin the park will net you about 8k flowers haha
