I went to the store and the girl working there was so rude and i told her to customize the basket but she said I can’t i am busy and then i told her i can wait for other customers and at the end you can do it for me but she directly said no and also she was not paying attention who is first she don’t how to do customer service.

We went there around 4:16 pm on 16 th april we wanted to customize the basket but the girl working at the front said she is not able to make it today and she said that in a very rude way and we told her we will give her everything if she can pack it but she clearly said no !!!! And for sure we are not gonna recommend anyone to visit there .

This is the best place, I always buy chocolates from here for any occasion and there is a lot of variety. The packaging is so cute. The customer service is very good. I recommend this place for sure.
