My reno guy was praising this company to no end. I tried and tried and tried but the communication has been horrendous. Tried to get an estimate for 1 door. No callback for a week. then I called and am told to email. Wait some days and got a price. Emailed back to say go ahead, got no confirmation email (had no idea if they're working on it or not). I called again and told they'll work on it next week. The following week I get a call that it would be 8-10 weeks. Unbelievable really. I'll move on and not deal with these guys.

Wide variety of building products although a bit overpriced. The worst is their 15% restocking fee. I wouldn't mind paying it on custom orders but paying on the regular stock it's a joke. Definitely not the store to go to on a regular basis but the last resort.

What a rip off,an order of $401.62 was $102.92 less at all the other stores.further more there are no unit prices on the bill?If they don't acknowledge this, somebody will.
