The quality of appliances and materials used in the units is mediocre at best. For instance, the fridges are insufficiently spacious, even for a two-person family. Additionally, the visitor parking spots come at a steep price. It can be quite inconvenient when fire alarm testing takes place throughout the week, from 8 AM to 5 PM, especially for those who work from home. On a positive note, the staff members are friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. Another advantage is the building's proximity to the subway and a bus transport hub, which is quite convenient. In summary, the building is fairly average, warranting a rating of 3 stars.

So, so many issues with the condo facilites and management.- The management is never available, even during office hours.- They are unclear and vague on policies and condo rules.Managemnt is very slow to respond to fix issues inside the units and outside. But very quick to fine and penalize residents.Eg: Broken glass from windows outside on the sidewalk for weeks!- The ventilation system is poor. You can smell the neighbour's cooking or weed through the vents.- Very low water pressure in bathrooms.- Badly built shelving and storage, very inconvenient. Toilets are flimsy.-The fob system is glitchy and slow. Despite the building being newly built in 2020.-Parking is $300/month.-There's no amenities whatsoever, the common room/terrace has to be booked for a large fee and deposit.-You must come downstairs to get takeout-There's nowhere to pull up in front of the building, you will get fined right away if you leave your vehicle. Many people park in the shops opposite, still risking a fine.- Limited guest and delivery driver parking

Do not make the mistake of moving here. We wake up every week to fire alarm tests. flashes go off in our heads, we listen to them for hours. It plays both in the dead of night and in the first light of the morning
