This was such a wonderful discovery. The staff were very welcoming and I loved painting here. Everything is very well stocked & the place seems to have something for every age group! Kids, teenagers and adults!

I would NOT recommend this place. I booked a party room in this location to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Before booking I informed the staff member that although my daughter was turning 3 years old, the guests coming were between the ages of 4 and 6 years old. And I was told that one hour would be enough for that age range. The day of the party the staff member in charge of the party group waited for all my guests to arrive before starting. Not knowing that this will take up from my time, the instructions started 20 minutes late. At no point did they inform me that this will take up from my booked time. Keep in mind that at this point, my guests were only 10 minutes into painting and I had to already start serving the food+cake to fit it all in my booked time. The kids were not even done with painting. I inquired to see if I could extend the hour, and I was told that the room was booked for another party after this one, and that I had to start cleaning and packing away 15 minutes before the next group arrives which was NOW. Management was so disorganized and very unclear about timings. The next party was coming in to set up 15 minutes before their hour starts which meant that it would overlap with my time. I was so embarrassed in front of my guests to rush everyone out. And the kids were confused. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and the unprofessional matter in which management relayed the information to me. My guests left in a rush, and when we left there was no group ready to start the next party… if you are booking the party room for your child’s birthday, think twice. It’s NOT worth it. The service is horrible, there is no communication between the customer and management and even after speaking to them about those issues, they didn't take accountability for their mistakes. Very very disappointing service

I would definitely recommend this location, Nancy and her staff were great and I had a great time painting my piece. Easy to to access and lots of paints to choose from, and they were quick to get my piece fired and ready for pick up.

Crockadoodle Richmond hill is our new favourite place. My son had his birthday party here and it was awesome. The kids all got to choose what they wanted to paint and they were so happy with their finished item. The staff here are so friendly and went beyond what I was expecting. They kept the kids engaged, entertained and happy. The staff helped me set up and clean up for the party. They even helped me bring things back to my car. Since then my son has had several play dates at this location all initiated by his buddies. Since this experience we have been purchasing gift cards and pottery to go kits for friends. Great location! Starbucks nearby for parents to go to during birthday. There is also lots of restaurants in the plaza which is convenient.

This is the place to let out your inner creativity spirit. There are so many different sculptures to choose and so many different colors too. I am really satisfied with how my mug turned out! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and prices are fair. I recommend this place for those who are looking for something new to try, but also really interesting and fun!

We went there for a date night and it was super fun. The location is great and finding a free parking spot is not a problem. The store itself is super clean and organized. Customer service was also great and they explained everything in details for us.

This was a very fun weekend date. Staff is very supportive even though my husband just painted 50 layers of 1 green colour. Note: only do 3 layers for 1 colour. We had lots of laughs.There are paint bottles on every table , so finding colours is really easy. Lots of staff to support for seasonal colours and fun writers!Hoolala chicken and Amy’s fish and chip is nearby for lunch or dinner , and a Starbucks for a quick beverage while painting!Starbucks nearby if you need a caffeine

Our family decided to visit the new Richmond Hill location for a fine/ fun Art outing! The experience was beyond excellent! The studio is very clean, inviting and filled with choices to paint what your heart desires. I highly recommend it!

For a wonderful and enjoyable art outing, My mom and I went to the new Richmond Hill location! The trip was fun in every way! The studio is spotless, welcoming, and full of options so you can paint whatever you want. I recommend!

Very friendly personal. Great selection of things. We were to make something with my daughter 12 y.o. Definitely will come again, and highly recommend to visit.
