Great experience. Drove from Calgary to purchase my bike as the price was perfect and the service I recieved was way better then the city.The owner Grant is awesome, he opened up late so we could get on our way early the next day. Super helpful and honest dealer.Deffinitley reccomend.

Worst place to fix your motorcycle and do the out of province inspection, I left my bike for out of province inspection and they created something to repair and as you just have 10 days , they want to make as much as possible.They charged me for an hour labour for tire change , I've requested them to retorq bike fork suspension bolt and they charges me $18 on top of hour labour for tire replacement without letting me know earlier.That's is worst Unprofessional service from any repair shop.Worst place to deal and they make you feel uncomfortable, specially the guy on the counter.

Brought my Bike in May and they've almost had it for two months! Riding season is almost half over and this bike hasn't seen the street! Thanks Motosports.The shop wouldn't pass my bike inspection because of a 4mm bend in a handlebar that was not even noticed last time it was inspected two years ago. I've ridden the bike for four years without any problems.We've tried talking to the owner and on numerous occasions he has told us that he would have to get back to us and never did. The customer service is very poor. I don't appreciate being hassled over a $150 sale. Definitely not the place to go if your looking to get an inspection done on your bike.I've used Medicine Hat Motosports in the past and really appreciated the help and experience of the team. My father-in-law has also been a constant supporter of the shop. After this I doubt either of us will be going back. I can't believe how I've been treated this last round. Absolutely shocked...

My quad died 8km from the house and I took it in to this shop to get it fixed. They took 6 weeks to get it back to me, even though I told them I needed it to fix fences and chase cows. The bill was high but I agreed with all the repairs, and they even gave me 10% off as an apology for taking so long.Then the first time I took it out after it was 'fixed' it died again and I had to walk 4km back to the house, and wasted the afternoon walking and picking it up. I was quite upset and let them know it. The owner then made the extra effort to drive the hour out to the ranch and drop off a loaner and pick up the dead quad. They took another 2-3 weeks to fix it again and then dropped it off. The only charges were for parts, which was fair.Overall they are good with informing you about what is broken and what needs to be fixed, and getting approval at each stage. They are quite bad with time management though, as it took over 2 months to get my quad fixed, and the first time they didn't even really fix it.I don't think I will take anything here again, even though the owner did a good job of making things right after screwing up.

Thank you so much for going the distance and driving to Brooks to acquire a back tire for my wife’s uncles’ Honda 550X so he could get back to Saskatoon for the weekend! We especially would like to give a thumbs up to Terri for her making this happen.

I usually call them for parts, there is usually no answer but instead i am left to leave a voicemail. If that voicemail is responded to with a few days then its normal for them. They along with many other bike shops are not open on mondays, annoying but becoming standard i guess. Their showroom has less and less inventory every year, might be due to out of town and online buying (support local!). Best experience i ever had with them was buying a generator and having it ready for pickup within hours. I just wish the parts dept was a little more speedy with responding, better yet answer the phone and take a message personally and then call me back promptly.

The technicians there are very well versed in everything Motorbike. Always try to get you the best deal for every part. Totally recommend

I regret even having to leave one star ordered a throttle tube 3 weeks ago turns out they took a week to even order it if your bikes broken and you want it fixed don't go through them

So I would though this place was very professional but I was wrong. I called 6 times all withing minutes apart and they kept on hunging up on me as soon as I told them I need a patch on a tire, I understand it might not be a very profitable job but if you dodnt want to do it just say sorry we dodnt do that kind of stuff Insted of hunging up on a customer. Now I will never again consider calling this place for anything.
