Impossible to find and the receptionists don't answer the phones. I also never got a confirmation email for my appointment and waited a month only to make it to the location, have no idea where it is after walking around for half an hour and leaving after I couldn't reach them over the phone.

Dr. Drew removed my ingrown toenail, as well as removed and restructured a mass that had formed from the ingrown. I was very nervous to have the procedure done, but Dr. Drew and his nurse are amazing! Great personalities, do a great job of explaining exactly what's happening as he's working on you, and the after care instructions are clear and easy to follow. The healing process has been great! The ingrown had been causing me so much pain that I only had one pair of shoes I could wear, but I was able to leave the procedure with immediate relief and no pain in the following weeks while healing.The clinic is inside the Mission Walk-in clinic!

The Foot Institute - Mission ClinicDr. Drew and the staff at the clinic have been exceptional over the past year as I have navigated getting orthotics to correct my plantar fasciitis. From barely being able to walk after a busy day on my feet now I am free of ankle and foot pain and having no issues walking. I appreciate everything they have done for me and highly recommend this clinic.

I went to advantage orthodics. My foot pain went away, and my back paid the consequences. I decided there had to be another way, so I tried the foot institute. Getting a real podiatrist to look at my tootsies was the best thing that ever happened to me. I'm pain free after work for the first time in over a year.

Staff at front desk are dismissive and careless. Patients who arrived after me were admitted before me. When asked, was told my chart hadn’t been submitted. Picked up my $600 orthotics and didn’t even get to see Dr. Drew. Orthotics were then cut with scissors without checking to see how they fit my feet. An expensive medical device should not be treated with such careless disregard. Would not recommend.***Update***Checked in with staff when arrived. Being told that they didn’t see me is insulting and a lie. Would definitely avoid if you value competent and accountable treatment.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at this Clinic. The Dr. And staff that attended to me were incredibly professional and knowledgeable about my condition. I would recommend this Clinic to anyone and everyone. If you need Orthotics, this is place to go. You wont regret it 10/10.

I used to visit the Foot Institute for all of my podiatry needs, and I have a few friends that also go there. They are always so nice, I never feel rushed and they always do a great job. I've been going here for ten years and every time I walk in I am greeted by name.
