I have been going to Rusty's for all my locksmithing needs (e.g., spare key cutting, door rekeying, etc.) since moving to London almost 20 years ago and they ALWAYS find some way to go above and beyond in providing excellent service. They are not even located close to me but I continue to choose them first for the reasons mentioned above. 10/10 would recommend.

We lost the only key for an old kitchen cabinet. Went to Rusty with the lock. They found a match within 2 minutes. They gave me the key for a ridiculously low price. Thank you for being the ‘Best of the Best’. Would recommend this company to everyone who has an old lost key.

Very happy with the kind service I received at Rusty's! They are friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic. They even offer a service where you can bring your locks to them to have rekeyed, which is a huge savings over having someone attend your home. It's a great option for those who are able. Two locks done plus 3 keys was around $50! Highly recommend!

On phone the lady said the service will be 40_70$ .. ended up paying 230$!! After waiting for 40 minutes I had to pay to go to work , don't recommend
