Pamela was very helpful, she made the process much easier. It’s always nice to have understanding and helpful individuals. She’s a great asset to the company. Facility is clean, technology is incredibly useful. I recommend coming here after any accidents.

Extremely friendly staff and helpful Jae was very helpful and accommodating she helped my wife with all the sections on the computer and then figured she could just sit us down and help us instead because we had some questions. We even had a great talk about health and got some compliments about how young we look, haha. It was definitely a great comfortable time for the situation

This place is so well organized. From the moment you start right until the end. I could not say enough good things about staff and how they all went above and beyond! They definitely deserve recognition. Great job!

I agree 100% that the philosophy behind this change is valid. The police should not be dealing with these minor collisions! However, the logistics of this company and the lack of training with the staff provided is atrocious! We arrived just after 8am knowing that there would be line up as it is winter in Edmonton and collisions seem to always go from bad to worse. Upon arriving the lineup was already 2hours deep, that is the “outside get your pictures taken” line up. Once inside they take your vehicles picture from every angle, inside and out! They mark your damage, measure the height and then you get a que number. You will be call in about an hour we were told. Ok, so we are now at a three hour wait. Went for coffee, but no call. So headed back. We went inside to see where we were sitting in the que and were told a couple hours. There is no posting of the que status, and after a couple of hours found out why, today’s que is integrated with the day(s) before que. The day(s) before cue would get a call to come back, while you site and wait. Yes, you have a choice to leave, but if you live out of town, you must be prepared to come back fast! We chose to wait as the timing and distance did not work for multiple trips. As I sat waiting, I would see up to three kiosks open with no one using them. When I asked why, the explanation given, because they are waiting for the call back to come in. They held the kiosks for the people to come back! It was so frustrating!!! But I was told it was a fair way of handling things. I believe if you are not in the building or parking lot when you are in the que and called you should be bumped!!! The confusion that the staff created was frustrating. People had no idea where to go, what to do, I became the information greeter. After 8 hours we finally made it onto a kiosk. I know understand when people were having troubles filing their claim. The system is not user friendly. It asks the same question over again in other sections, it is not programed with logistics and information like VIN numbers that you had given in the initial visit, it is frustrating, of course waiting 8 hours to use it did not help. The company’s owner and Chief of police should have their 80-year-old mother use it, he might understand what others that have language barriers, no computer skill etc. would go through. Filing out the form can take a while we took half an hour, but watched others double the time. Did mention that my husband would end up helping so fill their form. What a sad situation and no it did not more streamlined process for drivers!Oh our total time for filing out the accident report 9 hours!

I was having a bit of difficulty looking for the location but the signs were visible enough although I think it could be improved like adding arrows signs and directions to follow especially first timers like me.Outside, the waiting line was long to get pictures of damages incurred, then you’ll be given a number to be able to go inside the building and enter your report on their system. It was a bit tedious and a bit confusing but their staffs were there to help you go thru it and you can flagged them anytime; if they are available.Pamela was the one helping me on my report and she was very accommodating and friendly. Thus, making my experience as easy as possible.I was there @8am, but was technically served around 9:15am, because I was 8th on the line and I finished and out of there @ 10:15am

Was here April 28 and was impressed. It is far nicer than visiting the police station. The entire process took me 75 minutes because there was 1 vehicle ahead of me and there was an immediate touchscreen station available and I'm slightly computer literate. The sign at the front of the entire area could be a little more clear about step 1: drive straight to the garage around the corner and turn off your engine and wait. They have a camera inside and when they're not busy they'll let you in. Do not stop and go inside the building.Your registration needs to be current. The touchscreen process asks you pages and pages of questions... many are repetitive. I whipped through it as fast as I could and still needed someone to finish the end for me (about 5 more pages) but she was very fast.I just wanted to say the staff there were amazing. The people who dealt with me were kind, knowledgeable, and very patient. They made a new and confusing situation very tolerable and almost pleasant. Kudos to the wonderful people who work there. Please somebody put a new sign up at the garage door.

Reporting a collision was not pleasant for me. The police officer was intimidating but I understand as he was only doing his job and he has to ask questions to file the report completely and properly. However, I had the best customer service representative, Pamela who made everything easy for me. Pamela is empathetic and patient. She provided me a lot of support in completing the accident form. She was also able to multitask effectively as she was not just helping me she was also helping other customers who needed help. She was very knowledgeable of the services they are providing making her a quick thinker and able to problem-solve on the spot. I think she is someone who truly cares about a customer and is dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible ensuring that the customer has a positive experience visiting the centre. I am hoping not to visit that collision centre again but if I do, I will for sure ask Pamela for help again and if she's not available that very moment, I will wait until she can help me. Again, my sincerest thanks to Pamela.
