Moving to Envision has been absolutely great. I'm so glad to be free of the big-banks that keep abusing customers. One user in the reviews complained about being locked out of account and not being able to use online banking, I had a similar issue when the mobile app changed--suddenly my credentials didn't work, I went into the branch and the teller looked into it and got to the bottom of it with their IT staff. Great service.

Had an issue getting into my account with their horrible online banking which ended up in me getting locked out of my account. I called them and when i hung up I still couldn't get into my account so I called again and they wouldn't verify my identity over the phone which they just did 15 minutes prior to the original phone call. Horrible service and even worse online banking service.

Sometimes have trouble cashing government cheques here; not all tellers are trained. Sometimes wait times can be excessive due to inexplicably low staffing during busy banking hours.

This location is brutally slow !Tellers will be working on things and not taking clients all the time, you can tell the clients in line you will be right with them, or maybe when you see a giant line you could accommodate better.It’s never easy here, very frustrating ....

I went in to open an account and was told there was no one who could help me. I can't imagine too many other businesses who would turn away a new customer.

This Bank used to be one of my favorite. But that's long gone .Not very much available left for people who try and keep there employees jobs and not let the computer take over . We are losing to many middle class jobs . Very sad not much support from the Bank to there customer. But jet we still support hem .I ask myselfWHY SHUT WE?????

I worked with most of the bigger banks over the years, and it's a breath of fresh air working with Envision. Their team at all locations really goes above and beyond for the little guy. Highly recommend them for Personal or Business.

Ah Envision. The only thing I envision is using literally any other bank/credit union. Nothing but problems with their systems, agents, their ATMs eat debit cards like there's no tomorrow so good luck if they're closed you are SOL. They can't figure out how to setup an automatic payment to save their lives. This dollar store credit union is a sorry excuse for a 'bank'. I would actually pay to see them shut down. An absolute joke, do ANYTHING but open an account with them. Seriously, you will be sorry.
