We were looking for a good coffee, and boy did we get it. Asked for an Americano and it was rich and strong and delicious. My only complaint is that by the time I went back in to get a butter tart square and come back outside, my wife had finished my coffee! - she doesn't normally drink coffee but liked it that much. Very nice people working there, too.

Their baked good are amazing! The pie just melts in your mouth and the brownies are spectacular, and the cookies were great. I have a severe nut allergy and the bakery being nut free made me feel really safe eating from there. I would highly recommend.

Called from the trip to lake. Everything was ready when we pulled up! Great sandwich, tasty cabbage rolls for freezer and a large meat pie for company. Couldn’t be easier.

Run by a really sweet couple. Everything is homemade and tastes awesome. And the quantity for the price...Also try the cabbage roles, mac'n'cheese and other savoury dishes

We stopped in on our way through town for a little treat and a coffee. The friendliest staff helped us, poured delicious cups of coffee and served up the most delicious butter tarts ever!!!

Make sure to make a stop at this place! You won't regret it. The couple was very nice and friendly. Everything is home made. The pies, brownies and cookies were delicious!Make sure you call ahead to order your bread as they don't have much for walk in pick up.Well worth it! Support your local mom and pop shop!

Everything you want in a small town coffee shop. Super nice owners always going out of there way to help. Delicuous homemade treats as well as tons of meals and frozen foods. Couldnt ask for anything more.

Stopped by to stock up on goodies during our time in the Kawarthas. Was met with friendly service and AMAZING baked goods - the carrot cake was perfectly moist, the butter tarts were dreamy, and the scones were such a satisfying snack on our fall hike. Will definitely return if we're ever in the area again. Locals are lucky to have this place!

Never knew why people loved butter tarts so much until I tried one from here. My boyfriend and I stopped by for breakfast on our way to fish and man are we glad we didn't stop by Tim Horton's instead. We tried the brownie while we were waiting for our bagels and we just had to go back in and grab more. Can even tell that the bagels are fresh and packed with flavour. Anything you try here is bound to satisfy your taste buds. We're definitely stopping by anytime we pass. This place is a gem.
