Gorge Road Walkway Public Washroom
Right in the middle of the walk, with parking areas on both sides. It's a bit smelly though. There is a drinking fountain, a water refill station and also a drinking fountain for dogs.

We walked by this place and I couldn't use it because there was a tent city set up and I didn't feel comfortable going in. Looked like it would be nice otherwise but can't confirm inside...
