My husband and I both went to get treatment on our feet by the registered nurse, Kyle service and the nurse we met or absolutely amazing friendly, and everything was on time. Thank you

After doing lots of research we're feeling fortunate to have met Kyle. His passion, accommodation and expertise left myself and my husband feeling excited for better health. They are completely honest about warranty and fees which is a great relief! I look forward to our next meetup to connect with kyle and his positive energy and of course get our custom orthotics :) .Himself and the team are absolute supporters of the indigenous communities as well which is amazing!

Another year - another orthotics. I have been with BioPed for a few years now This time I happened to meet Ms. Sophia on this branch. I noticed that Kyle is a great and dedicated mentor and Sophia is learning a lot. She is very knowledgeable in her chosen field and also very helpful. I like how they followup on you regarding the orthotics. It shows how really they are devoted on patient care. Thanks a lot and will be seeing you again soon. Good job!

Friendly and efficient service - Kyle explained everything fully and was very accommodating. He provided a half-insole for my dancing shoes gratis! Within a few days there was a marked difference in my foot. The swelling was gone after about a week. Thank you, Kyle, I feel like I got my life back!

Kyle was great at assisting and shared his knowledge about the in the soles and arch support works. Really helpful and knowledged person, very kind too. The receptionist was kind to us as well. Most importantly he was able to help me with insoles as I needed them earliest the possible, with peace of mind as they support their products with great service.Keep it up!

As a long time wearer of orthotics I can honestly say that my experience with BioPed on Scott Road was the best by far. Kyle took the time to explain the process and educate me on what was involved in making my orthotics and the adjustments that we made. The turnaround time was 3 days as they make the orthotics in-house. I'd definitely recommend them. The only suggestion I have is that head office provide printed labels to put under the orthotic so that I would know when they were made and where. The labels they provide require the clinic to handwrite on them which can rub off. Once again, Thank you Kyle!
