The owner is so rude. I park in front of his store in the plaza. Since the store I want to go is full of cars. However he went out and yelling to me. The plaza has 8stores with a public parking area. This guy ask me to move with no reason. Since I am not mean as him, I move my car even though I don’t need to. I didn’t go to this store by chance, the owner is mean and rude. There is no reason to go there.

Gary is a consummate expert in all things framing, not to mention art history and trivia. He is so knowledgeable and pays attention to every possible detail. He'll explain anything you need or want to know about your project and takes incredible pride in his work. He always recommends the most perfect frames for my artwork, and is able to help me stay within my budget. It also pays to be a loyal customer! Plus, his bowl of candies is top-notch!

I highly recommend House of 10,000 Picture Frames to anyone who wants exceptional personal service, and high quality work. The owner (Gary) was extremely knowledgeable and he presented several frame and mat options for our art, which included some paintings and a tapestry. I appreciated his advice in selecting beautiful frames that would complement the artwork, and not draw attention away from it.

I’m very surprised about all the good reviews for this place, I definitely went there because of the reviews but I was very disappointed!The guy wasn’t helpful at all, I was trying to get price for someone and not any other frame shops gave me hard time to provide a price but this guy insisted that I had to have the painting with me so he can decide which frame goes with it and he was trying so hard to get my budget! So I had to say something random to get him to give me a price! I thought he could easily provide a price based on the frame size and the style I was looking for! On the top that he gave a very high price for labour and I simply asked if that’s the price for stretched canvas because stretching it normally cost more, his exact answer was: “I don’t work for free or hire a student to work for me for 20/hr” !!! I found it very rude, doesn’t seem they care about customers, don’t recommend this place!

Wonderful experience. I came in on a recommendation from a friend with a unique but awkwardly-shaped piece of art that I made for my mother as a gift. I was helped immediately and with lots of knowledge and humour. Was given lots of different options and ideas across a spectrum that fit my budget and good ideas for how to make the piece pop and ways to splurge and save to make it special but economical. Ended up very happy with the selections and a price that fit my budget and was very competitive and fair compared other places I’ve used.

If you want to have your needlework expertly stretched and framed, Gary, at House of 10,000 Picture Frames & Art, is the person to consult. I am delighted with the excellent advice I was given regarding: choice of frame, matting colour and glass. I have tried other places in the past and have been disappointed with the workmanship, especially the stretching of the work being framed. Gary did an amazing job on my 10” x 14” cross stitch birth sampler, which he completed in a timely fashion, and priced competitively and reasonably. I will be delighted to present this to my daughter on the celebration of her first child’s birth.

I'm overjoyed with my experience! As a professional artist I'm picky about framing. I was looking for a 24x36 inch frame to enhance my new painting, and my friend kept telling me to go see Gary.As soon as I arrived, Gary made me feel welcomed. He's really good at listening to my needs! I felt like he truly understood what I was looking for. Also, he's fun to talk to! I never laughed so much shopping for a frame.When the day came to see the finished frame, I was in awe of how nicely it was built, sturdy and well-made. The material is very nice, elegant and luxurious.Also I'm blown away by Gary's honesty and integrity. I accidentally paid $100 too much, and he alerted me of my mistake. I can't believe how kind and genuine Gary is. I feel confident recommending him to everyone.I'm in love with my new frame and look forward to getting more framing done with wonderful Gary!

When I took my Certificate of Appreciation and a few pieces of memorable pendant to this house, I had no idea how I'd like them to be framed. It's an absolute eye popper and a 100 percent satisfaction when it was presented to me in two weeks. The store owner knows his field REALLY well. I mean it! And he is warm. I handed him two big pieces of my art for framing later.

Another good framing shop in the area I recommend. There is a few and this is one of them. I use these guys and one at Centerpoint time to time.
