Worst place to get nails done. I showed pic of something and results came out completely different. The length was supposed to be longer and he made them shorter. Doesn't even look like I spent so much money on acrylic nails. Honestly they look like Dollarama nails, the color , size and quality. I wish I got stick ons from Dollarama.

I rate this place five for the best customer service experience. And I love the nail technician her name is Tina its like this review is not enough to praise her work and she knows what you want, you just let her know what you want and just trust the process and i promise you won’t regret it .

It was one of my horrible experiences I was about to cry the manager he doesn’t know how to make biogel all my mails crocked when he see another client coming the rush you out I wish I could send my nail pictures and all his excuse was everybody have crocked nail, they don’t have any idea, good nail artist took her about 2 hours to do biogel but he did in 40 min, he even doesn’t know that the UV light is hurting the eyes. They turning towards you this is that mean they’re not educated

Honestly probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. To start off, while I was getting my pedicure done, the lady asked me if I’m having a baby… not only is that such a personal and inappropriate question to ask, the fact that I was not was even worse. Then when I was getting my manicure done, the guy doing my nails cut me on both hands at the cuticles. I’ve had my nails done multiple times before but they have never done that. He also didn’t seem bothered, or even cared about what I wanted lol. It was my first time going here, and definitely the last time.

I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years and would do my nails with TINA. Last week I came and found out that Tina left and unfortunately had to do my pedicure with someone else. I usually get ingrown toe nails, so only someone with professional experience would be able to deal with it (Like TINA) - the lady that did it for me removed some excess skin, I started to bleed and my toe was red, hot swollen with throbbing pain and pus for a WHOLE WEEK. Could not walk properly at all and I was so frustrated cause I had a wedding that same weekend.Never coming here again after Tina left.Trying to look for Tina everywhere, if anyone has any information please reach out.

Been going to this salon for more than 10 years now. Tina always does an amazing job with my nails, I get compliments all the time! Super friendly, kind, and professional. Jenny also does an amazing job and is the sweetest!

first of all, just no. I could not stop frowning at how sloppy the french tips looked. Absolutely terrible I could probably do better at home with my own hands. It felt so rushed to the point I did not even tip them even though I usually do. the guy made a mistake and tried to cover it by drawing another shape over which made it worse but did not even mind fixing. horrible horrible place. Ever since tina left this place has just been going downhill so please just find another place.

I can truest say that this place is the best nail salon ever! The pedicures I get here from even different technicians has always been better than any other nail salon I have been to. I have never had a bad experience and have been going for years. I know may other people who go here and they feel the same. Thanks for your hard work and service every time!
